  My family stayed at this home for a week on our first trip to Disney! The house description and amenities included were exactly as described and shown in the pictures. The property was very clean and Barbara was wonderful to deal with. My children loved the themed bedrooms and as a family we all enjoyed relaxing and swimming by the pool. There are many restaurants and grocery stores minutes away, and the commute to the parks was no more than 10 minutes door to door. We were so sad to leave and when we return will definitely rent this house again!! Thanks so much Barbara, for helping us have a vacation we will never forget!

  House was great! Barbara was great to work with. The house was very close to all parks, restaurants, and shopping. It had all the amentities one would need in a home away from home. We all enjoyed the pool after tiring days at the parks. We would definitely rent this home again!

  We just got back from staying at this house for a week and it was perfect - it really is just a few minutes from Disney, the house was very nicely furnished/decorated, lovely pool and jacuzzi... it even had a computer, printer and fun games room - so lots to do when relaxation away from Disney is needed! The two twin rooms were decorated as princess and spiderman rooms - this added to the novelty of the vacation and our children loved this and they also enjoyed the unique opportunity of watching TV in their beds each am (all rooms have TV's). The owners (Barb) was great to deal with - very quick to respond and extremely friendly. We also met the management company and they were super friendly. This house is a great find - we'll certainly be coming back. Enjoy!!

  We rented this property based on location and got so much more than expected! We really enjoyed our stay. Our 4 year old can't stop talking about "her princess room". This house had everything and more to make our time enjoyable. We ended up spending more time in the pool than at Disney! I really appreciate the quick and easy communication with Barbara (owner). Thanks a bunch and we hope to return next summer!

  We had two families with kids varying in ages from 4-11 years old stay here for 6 days, 5 nights. It was our first Disney experience. The owner and managers of the property were very helpful. The home had all that we needed. It was clean and nicely decorated. The kids enjoyed having the pool and game room. The home was close to Disney parks and even closer to stores like Target. We enjoyed all the Disney parks, but Epcot and Magic Kingdom were our families favorite. Since we've been back home, the kids often talk about wanting to go back to our home with a pool in Florida. We'd love to go back and stay in this home again.

  This is a very nicely presented Florida home in a great location 5-10 mins from the Disney Parks. It has all of the features that we have come to expect from homes in this area. However it is the few extras included within the property, that generally aren't even mentioned in the description, that really sets this place apart. There were inflatable toys for the pool, a computer, printer, DVDs, Disney guides and a safe. In addition, refreshingly the management company don't clear out the fridge and cupboards of perfectly usable produce, so when we woke up at 3am totally jet lagged on our first morning there was milk, coffee and fllters so we could wake ourselves up with a decent coffee. Finally we would also like to thank Barbara who couldn't do enough to help us before we arrived, she was very responsive to emails and flexible with the time that we needed to leave on our last day in the house. If / when we return to Florida Barbara will be the first person that I email!
