This gorgeous, non-smoking, three-story, 2800 square foot home has six spacious bedrooms and four baths. Five of the bedrooms have king-size beds and one bedroom has two bunkbeds with full mattresses. This home has a private pool.
There are clear views of the Gulf of Mexico from the front balconies and the beach access walkway is directly across the street (30A). The alluring white sandy beaches and turquoise water lend to plenty of activities to keep the family entertained. In the evenings, what a treat to unwind with the view of breathtaking sunsets to end your day.
There is also a private, gated pool for Utopian Village guests only. The home is fully-equipped and we're sure you'll be back year after year once you have stayed in this dream vacation retreat! It has recently been completely redecorated inside and you will know you are there when you see the newly painted exterior blue trim!
As mentioned, the interior has had hands-on decorating to reflect a very beachy and colorful decor. New bedspreads, pictures, lamps, rugs, couches and colorful balcony wooden chairs complete the relaxation of the ocean sound that's only 200 feet down the private walk to the beach.
To complete the comfort on the second level which is where everyone meets and hang's out, new couches make it very comfortable to relax, watch tv or just listen to cds or watch your favorite dvd. We might add the second floor is where the kitchen is with a large eating table to allow everyone to enjoy hanging out.
Your stay is very important to the extent that when you leave to go back to your home, you can also feel that you've enjoyed yourselves so that you will schedule to come back the same time next year.

Utopian Village was the perfect beach house for our family gathering. With 9 adults and 3 kids, one would think no house could be big enough. However, the layout was perfect for our large family. The kids loved having their own space and bathroom, while the adults appreciated king sized beds and rnice bathrooms. The house was spotless, nicely decorated, and has a kitchen ready to prepare most any meal. If you love having coffee on the balcony to start your day - this is the perfect place to do it! The beach is a very short walk away and absolutely gorgeous! If you like to fish, we caught numerous pompano and whiting - both excellent fish! Nestled between Seaside, Alys Beach, and other small communities, there are lots of shops and boutiques to visit. Pier Park in Panama City was a short 15-20 mintue drive. Rain or shine, there is plenty to do at Utopian Village. Having stayed in this area many times, I would rate Utopian Village at the top of my list! I certainly plan for my family to visit again in the near future.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We just returned from our week's vacation at Utopian Village. It met all of our expectations! This place is huge. There were 9 of us and we had 2 bedrooms that were never used. The kids loved the upstairs bunk room with their own TV and bathroom. Interesting since they ranged from 3-13. There are a lot of stairs with the kitchen and living room on the 2nd floor so it might not be for everyone but it was perfect for our group! Luckily our small ones, 3 & 5, are use to stairs and we are past the baby gates stage. We went to the beach every morning and came back and swam as we made lunch. The alarm on the pool was a little annoying since there was no button to disalarm from the outside. But having a 3 and 5 year old we appreciate the safety aspect. The beach and ocean was breathtaking as it always is. My mother-in-law kept saying it looked like snow since she is more familiar with the east coast- no comparision! This was our first time to Seagrove and we loved it! I grew up coming to PCB and it is great if you are a wild teenager or college kid. But Seagrove is perfect for families. The area is packed with beautiful beach homes. Thanks goodness for no big highrises! We went down to Seaside, Watercolor and Grayton Beach for dinner and shopping. All are really cool, great places! Man- I wish I coul make little crab balls like Shorty's in Grayton Beach. They were the best I have ever had! I would warn you to stay away from Publix on Saturday. If possible wait and go Sunday. It was a mad house, unlike I have ever seen a grocery store but they handled it well. All in all we would go back to Seagrove and Utopian Village in a heartbeat!

We have been vacationing in this area every year since 1987.My family of 4 children are now married and we have 6 grandchildren and have been moving up from condos, to a house last year, and then we found this house and have been looking forward to having lots of room to spread out and have fun. The bedrooms were great, the little ones loved the bunks and the familyroom/kitchen was the best. We have never had to cross 30A but it was not a problem at all. We all agree we will be back next year. Thanks for the great vacation memories we have made.

This was our second year at Utopian Village. It is a great vacation home for all ages. Just a short walk to the wonderful beach. Also has a great pool to relax by. Local amenities are easily accessible. The owner is very helpful and eager to meet all your needs. Great accomodations. Would recommend this home to anyone seeking a relaxing vacation!

Great house for a reunion! We had 9 adults and 7 kids. The bunk room was perfect for the kids! Kitchen was easy to prepare meals in. Everything was comfortable and clean.

Utopian Village is a great rental for a large family, or parents with a group of teenagers. The location is perfect for beach access, and is just a short walk or bike ride to the shops and restaurants of Seaside. The bedrooms are all well appointed and comfortable, and the Master Suite is spacious. Living areas are also nice, and the 2 balconies provide separate areas for parents and teens to gather. The property was clean and well-maintained, and owner is helpful in addressing questions. We enjoyed our stay in Utopian Village, and would recommend this rental!
