Overlooking the village of Egg Harbor with an awesome view of the waters of Green Bay. Grocery/Liquor, small town bakery, and restaurants are just a walk through the woods (one block away). This NON SMOKING, Second-floor Condo has a very large covered deck facing the sunset. Tiled baths, complete kitchen just like at home! Furnished with ALL LINENS, just carry in your bags. Satellite TV provided in case you get a cloudy day!
Small association, only 24 total units with four units to a building. General population is retired/families. Premier views and ease of travel up to the attractions of the Door penninsula. Over 250 coastal miles of Green Bay and Lake Michigan can be traveled by car, bike or boat-accessed from the boat launch in the village of Egg Harbor, just 1.5 blocks away, or by 3 other launches between Sturgeon Bay and Fish Creek.
Well furnished and clean kept--this is our "2nd home". NO SMOKING inside, and NO PETS are allowed by any guests. New furniture in 2008. Heated Pool is maintained at 85 degrees (in season) Memorial Day to Labor Day, and is completely private with woods surrounding it. There's always a breeze in Egg Harbor!

Why the Owner Chose Egg Harbor
Ridgewood is a small condo association, only 24 units. I have been the Secretary of the Association from 2004 to 2012, and I have enjoyed the hands on experience of being involved with the management of our association. Our neighbors are just super, and very quiet. They are older, so please respect their privacy and quiet hours.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The view can not be beat, as well as the convenience of the village which is such as an easy walk. Need groceries or wine--the market is just down the hill from our unit.
We have seen the BEST SUNSETS on that deck!

I am a REALTOR in metro Milwaukee, my wife Julie is in the medical field at our local hospital. We have always come do Door County starting out tenting, then tent camping, eventually bed and breakfast stays and local stays like Newport in Egg Harbor. We decided to get our own condo which some day could be our retirement home. We love Door County, and in fact our best friends have have labeled it "the last best place". WE have many people who have stayed with us and come back again in the last 8 years.

We spent a weekend at this condo at the end of January for a cross country ski get-away. The condo was great, very clean, great views of egg harbor and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this property. We skied at Whitefish Dunes and Newport State parks. Both parks had groomed trails. Both are just a short drive from the condo. Door county is a great place for a winter retreat.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

It's so peaceful in the off season, and the after holiday sales were great this year. We explored some new restaurants and found more things open than we had thought. The off season is for us. There's no one else up there which is what we prefer.

We rode our bikes to the State Park 7 miles up the road, and had a great weather week. The neighbors we met here are so friendly and we got lots of referrals to the good eating places here. We'll come back sometime without the kids, that's for sure. We really enjoyed the view the most.

The view is fantastic, the condo is more comfortable than being home! I really liked the store so close, and the heated pool is hardly used. We're coming back next year for sure!
