The neighborhood is great, and the exterior of the home looks good. The furniture and fixtures in the homr are old and non functional. The tvs did not work upon check in. We spent the first 24 hrs of our vacation in contact with the property management company asking for working televisions. The furniture was at least 10 yrs old and once we moved the couch to vacuum the legs fell off, we were subsequently charged for the legs on the couch that were obviously repaired several times in the past. The property manager stated they have never fixed it in the past, but I have pictures to prove otherwise. The pool net had a hole in it so the pool could not be cleaned the entire time we were there. Outlets in the upstairs master bedroom were burnt and melted as if therr had been some kind of electrical problem. The home's alarm system was not functional, along with smoke detectors that constantly beeped because batteries had not been changed, which to me is a part of regular maintenance. I will never rent from this property management company again, as they are rude and unprofessional, and does not return your security deposit in full. DO NOT RENT THIS HOME OR ANY OTHER HOME FROM THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Owner response:A lightning strike did knock out most of the TVs. Within 24 hours we had replaced all of them. Lady angry when we raised concern about fire risk of over crowding. Home at full occupancy and she had "visitors" arriving who were bringing in their luggage! $60 was deducted from the security deposit for damages to sofa and pool net.Problems with broken sofa legs,pool net and bleeping smoke alarm were not reported to us during the stay. They also did not request the homes alarm code. The guests disputed the charge and we refunded $35. We had never had occasion to repair the sofa but could not be sure that a previous guest had not made a makeshift repair. The owner has now replaced 2 sofas in the home. On request we would be happy to provide several positive reviews on this home.
