This is a serene and simply beautiful 840 sf completely furnished one bedroom with balcony on the 40th floor looking north at the bay, the coastline, mid beach, Aventura, etc.
Silverwear, towels, bedding, every television channel, ice, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, phone, king size bed (and someone else could easily sleep on the huge couch), fine art, coffee and espresso makers, blender - you just need to bring your toiletries (although even that we have if you need).
The amenities area is spectacular, two stories, two pools--also we're close to the Venetian Causeway (a walk away) so the drive to South Beach is five minutes.
We just got a larger washer/dryer (March, '09) and a new DVD player to go with the high speed internet, cable, and DVR...
Note the valet is now $5.00 a day or $10.00 a day for your guests. There is a free spot for you in the parking garage, though.

Why the Owner Chose Miami
I love the proximity to South Beach and, in the other direction, the Design District/exciting Upper East Side 1960's type areas. It's even just a 20 minute drive (including parking, etc.) to my gym in Coral Gables. It's also a very tropical looking new neighborhood that could only be in Florida. It's pretty convenient!
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Everyone loves this apartment and thinks that it is a loft of penthouse (it's neither). I think that when you have high ceilings, a great view, and floor to ceiling window doors, that combination always makes you feel like you are away from it all. This is better than a hotel because of the kitchen and there's about twice as much space. It's worse, however, if you are looking for a maid/staff/room service etc. (although there is lobby attendant and valet)

Very neat and clean with a spectacular view. Everything you could need in the kitchen and bath. Every cable TV channel is available. Had a great time and nice owner and nice contact people.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway, people with disabilities.
