Brand new vacation rental 2 bedroom + den / 2 bath, ground floor Grand Champion Villa condo. This unit can sleep up to six people.
This unit features brand new high quality furniture, appliances and lines. There is HDTV in the living room and den. The leaving room contains leather furniture and in the dining room there is an elegant dinette table that seats up to six people. The newly stocked kitchen includes all your dishware, bake ware and appliances, including a dishwasher.
This unit is very spacious and comfortable with almost 1,400 square feet of living space with two private lanais to ensure a very relaxing stay in Wailea. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a private bathroom. There is a queen bed in the second bedroom and a fold out couch in the den. There is a washer & dryer for your personal use.
The Grand Champion Villas offers two swimming pools and two spas. There are gas barbecue grills available poolside.
Within a short walk you will find The Shops of Wailea which features boutiques and shops to find just about anything you’re looking for. In addition, some of the top dining facilities on Maui are located within the mall. You are also closely located to the Grand Champion Tennis Cup and some of the top rated golf courses. And of course, you are just a short distance to many of South Maui’s spectacular beaches.

Peak Season…..November 15 – April 15…..$225/night
All rates subject to 12.42% taxes.
$95 cleaning fee required for reservations of 3 nights or less.
$150 fully refundable damage deposit due to lock in all reservations.
