Hiking, biking, cross country skiing and snowshoeing trails are right out the door onto National Forest Service land, as well as some of the best sledding right in your own backyard! With two Master Suites, spacious pool table loft, and Great Room with cathedral ceilings, this home exudes the charm of the mountain lifestyle.
This mountain cabin has so many custom touches, including a hand painted "one-of-a-kind" mural, hand-hewn/peeled hickory hardwood floors and peeled log railings throughout. There is a gas fireplace in the Great Room and it is surrounded by rock and slate which provides a cozy mountain ambience. There is dining for up to 16 people – 8-10 at dinning table and 6-7 at bar.
There is a large screen TV, 3 additional TV's, DVD, Playstation 2&3 with games, regulation pool table, internet connection, and many other items to make you feel at home. Guests also have access to the Tahoe Donner Rec Center (for a small fee).

We had so much fun at this beautiful, comfortable house! Becky was a gracious host. There is a big hill behind the house that was perfect for the kids to sled on all day and build snow forts. The views from the house were great. The Kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable with nice comforters and linens. The pool table was fun too. The house is located very close to Tahoe Donner Downhill Ski Resort. Also, we went snow shoeing right out through the back yard to some trails. Perfect! We have stayed in quite a few homes at Tahoe Donner and this one is our favorite. We hope to return one day soon.
