Gullwing Cottage has just undergone a complete renovation by a local design firm.

Beginning with new outdoor landscaping, the home has undergone a complete makeover with comfortable new furnishings, lighting, a great new kitchen and a sparkling new tile bath. The home offers 2 expansive decks with lounge and eating areas, private fenced rear yard and new gas grill.

The Master Bedroom contains a queen size bed and flat screen TV, the second bedroom contains a full size bed and desk area, and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds. All bedrooms have new carpet, new mattress and box springs, new window treatments, and new bedding. The main living space is anchored with a large sectional sofa, flat screen TV and offers bar seating for 3. The front Sun porch contains the dining space and 2 comfortable lounge chairs for a great morning reading spot. The renovated bath has new tile flooring and tiled shower with new plumbing fixtures, lighting and a stackable full size washer and dryer. The kitchen has been expanded with new cabinets, granite countertops, and appliances.

Located in sought after Rehoboth by the Sea, Gullwing Cottage is located on West Street, convenient to both Rehoboth and Dewey and about 1/2 block to the Jolly Trolley shuttle stop. Once on the beach, there is a chair, umbrella and refreshment stand located directly off the beach entrance. Gullwing Cottage has a large storage shed for your bike storage and several beach chairs available for your enjoyment.

  • We enjoyed this cottage for a ladies' weekend with my sisters and mom...charming, clean, beautifully decorated and so close to the beach! We were able to park our cars and walk, trolley or bike wherever we wanted to go...enjoyed the nightlife in Dewey and short walk home..easy communication with owner, and awesome outside decks and shower. Thanks for giving us a great place to enjoy time with our family. We had a wonderful time.

  • We just came back from Gullwing Cottage and could not stop talking about how perfect it was. A short block to the beach, beautiful decor, high-quality furnishings, and a lot of charm. It looks exactly like the pictures. We especially enjoyed the beautiful kitchen and the front and rear decks. Although we were initially a little bit concerned about having only 1 bathroom for 7 people, it ended up being no big deal because we took advantage of the great outdoor shower and just staggered our use. Definitely recommend staying here!

  • We stayed in this house over Memorial Day weekend and it was FABULOUS! It is gorgeous inside and has a great front and back porch. Its also very close to everything, bars, restaurants, the beach. I would highly recommend it!
