Peninsula Vallarta is a beautiful new 5-star resort that is perfectly located on the beach in the heart of the hotel zone and is just a 10 minute drive from downtown Puerto Vallarta, the marina or airport. The resort has amenities that include a fitness center, private movie theater, bar/lounge, spa (steam/sauna/massage room), stunning lobby, and a business/computer center that offers free internet access. An enormous infinity pool overlooks the ocean and mountains and is complete with a full length wading pool perfect for children.
WE HAVE TWO IDENTICAL UNITS ON THE 12TH FLOOR IN TOWER III, TOWER III IS RIGHT ON THE BEACH AND THE ONLY TOWER WITH TOTALLY UNOBSTRUCTED VIEWS UP AND DOWN THE BAY. PLEASE DO NOT HESITATE TO EMAIL US FOR THE MOST UP TO DATE AVAILABILITY.
Located on the 12th floor, this condo has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is a large master with private ensuite with built-in closets and a jacuzzi tube. The second bedroom has two double beds and a private ensuite as well. Both bedrooms feature floor to ceiling windows with patio doors leading out to a large balcony with a mountain/ocean view to the NE. The third bedroom is perfect for children as it features 2 single beds and another bathroom. All bedrooms feature large flat screen TV's and cable. The condo has 2 large balconies with lounge chairs and an outdoor dining table, allowing you to truly enjoy the breathtaking sunsets. This unit has been professionally decorated and comes equipped with a granite and stainless steel kitchen that overlooks an open concept living/dining room all with an incredible ocean view. Appliances include a full size fridge with ice and water, halogen cooktop, wall oven, full size washer/dryer, 47 inch flat screen TV, and a 3 phase ultraviolet water purification system.
Just steps away is the Peninsula Mall, attached to the complex featuring, Starbucks, Chili's, Subway, sushi, a 5-star Steak House-"Theirry's", and lots of boutique shops and services. A few blocks away is Seriana's Grocery Store, and the Galleria Mall, with top of the line stores and shops and the Liverpool Department Store, also a Wal-Mart & Sam's Club.
Close by are the Marina golf courses, boat charters, fishing...etc. We accept payment by certified check/money order, or "PAYPAL".
In the interest of full disclosure, our ideal renters are FAMILIES, 30+ COUPLES, AND GOLF/FISHING GROUPS. THIS IS A QUITE RETREAT, IN A QUIET UPSCALE RESORT, NOT A PARTY CONDO, WE HAVE A STRICT AGE LIMIT OF 30 YEARS OR OLDER, UNLESS IT IS A FAMILY RENTAL. The resident owners keep a strict eye on the development, and will report anything out of the ordinary to security, and our management team. The security at the Peninsula reserves the right to have renters removed from the premises regardless of the rental agreement in place. Our manager will required you to verify the numbers and ages of those in your rental group on arrival. Please make sure that this rental property suites your needs before you inquire. As we have two identical units, side by side on the 12th floor of tower III, we as owners, reserve the right to transfer a clients reservation to either condo unit upon check-in, this will allow us to better accomodate all renters according to their reservation dates and times of arrival.

Over Christmas was my 3rd time back to stay in this unit. It is absolutely stunning, the views, the unit, the pool - everything! The location is great and just a short cab ride to everything. It is nice being so close to the grocery store as you can walk to get your groceries. My friend and I have decided that we will have an annual girls trip to PV!

nothing bad to say about this! its huge, its in a great location, the pool is 300' long, its ultra modern, great deck for view and sunsets, right on the beach, taxi ride to all the busy amenities so its nice and quiet, come and go as you please, food and shopping, eateries right there if you want, bank and concierge, within walking distance to everything. its great great great, I will be back no question!

This was our first visit to PV and to the Peninsula condo, and I can say that it was 5 star all the way. The condo was above and beyond what we expected. An absolutely beautiful and very spacious accommodation. The grounds including the facilities within the building as well as the 300 ft pool was a great addition. Blair was very informative with directions to all of the nearby facilities, for groceries etc, which were walking distance from the condo, and provided a very detailed list of the best restaurants in the area. We experienced some amazing dinners thanks to his recommendations. We will definitely be back! Thanks again Blair!

This condo is perfect in every way. We were on the 12th floor, which is almost the middle of the building. The view to the beach and water is just perfect. The building itself is the best of the 3 buildings because it is on the end and the closest to the beach. The condo has everything you need. Washer and dryer was nice to have and it is a big condo. The bedrooms face the mall area, and it was not noisy at all, but we also did not leave doors open at night. Mr. Legault also hooked us up with the manager so we could have our fridge stocked before we got there. For a very small fee, we had everything in the condo upon arrival and could go out for dinner and not worry about having to run to the grocery store. Also, there are big beach towels and float toys in the condo. We took a cab each night for dinner in town and the security guards called for taxis or we walked down to the stand by the gate house and there were always taxis there. There is a liquor store in the basement of the mall and also 3 or 4 different ATM machines. Summing up, great location, beautiful spacious condo, and very nice staff at a very reasonable price.

Our trip was a great getaway. The kids wanted a beach for a bit, so it was perfect. We loved the Peninsula, from now on, it will be our home in PV. Loved the Starbucks, the steak place and having Banamex nearby. The Soriana that's close by is much easier to navigate than the one across from Los Tules. The reception staff, the guys that work the security and lobby of the building were incredible. So sweet and helpful and they loved our kids, especially our daughter. I finally got one of them to accept a tip, but it was difficult. Very, very kind people. Your home is lovely and I hope that you will let us rent it again in the future. It's comfortable and a great place to get away from the hustle of the city.

WE LOVED YOUR CONDO, your TOWER, your life in general!!! It was a perfect time....even though the weather SUCKED!!! No worries. I WILL BE BACK. My compliments on your lovely Peninsula condo. Although we were excited by the photos on VRBO, there really isn't any way to do the unit justice, and the amenities in of the building are fabulous. We had a wonderful stay, and look forward to coming back regularly, as PV is such a convenient drive from our home in Lake Chapala. In fact, we're hoping to arrange a reunion and rent both of your units!
