The third bedroom is perfect for children as it features 2 single beds and another bathroom. All bedrooms feature large flat screen TV's and cable. The condo has 2 large balconies with lounge chairs and an outdoor dining table, allowing you to truly enjoy the breathtaking sunsets. This unit has been professionally decorated and comes equipped with a granite and stainless steel kitchen that overlooks an open concept living/dining room all with an incredible ocean view. Appliances include a full size fridge with ice and water, halogen cooktop, wall oven, full size washer/dryer, 47 inch flat screen TV, and a 3 phase ultraviolet water purification system.
Just steps away is the Peninsula Mall, attached to the complex featuring, Starbucks, Chili's, Subway, sushi, a 5-star Steak House-"Theirry's", and lots of boutique shops and services. A few blocks away is Seriana's Grocery Store, and the Galleria Mall, with top of the line stores and shops and the Liverpool Department Store, also a Wal-Mart & Sam's Club.
