Vacation getaway two houses from the the white sand gulf beaches (105 81st St...use google map as mapquest location is in error). Enjoy sunsets over the sand from your own porch or sip your morning coffee watching the waves roll in. Five bedrooms and four baths, so bring the family and friends (sleeps ten in beds) ... or use the upstairs with the views and save the downstairs for overnight guests.
* There are two family areas: upstairs for the adults and downstairs - a getaway for the kids (42 inch flat screens in both).
* HDTV, Wi-Fi internet, iPod ready stereos.
* Three 32 inch flat screens in the bedrooms.
* A garage full of beach toys, chairs and mountain bikes.
* Outside heated pool in a tropical setting with ample decking, gas grill, outside showers and tiki bar as pictured.
The home has been fully redone with tile and hard woods throughout, new appliances and granite counters for the kitchen. Totally refurnished - king beds in the two masters, queen bed, two twins in 4th bedroom and daybed with pop up trundle in the 5th bedroom.

Just returned from the Island. Location was GREAT, easily accessible to beach. Home was tastefully decorated with a perfectly outfitted kitchen. Extra beach towels were a plus with a garage filled with beach chairs, sand castle building tools, etc. We found the owners to be very responsive to our needs. Would not hesitate to recommend this house.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

What a great vacation! The place is set up great for large families and privacy. The kitchen was filled with all the necessities of home! It was nicely decorated and cozy for everyone. It is very conveniently located, just steps to the gorgeous beach and for the complimentary trolley, for sight seeing. We just returned home from a week at Sunset Palms!! The house was awesome, the beach was awesome!! It was a great vacation and we had all the comforts of home.
