Beautifully remodeled three bedroom two bath condo in prestigious Sawgrass Country Club. This bright and open home offers stunning marsh views, yet is a mere 10 minute walk or two minute bike ride to the private beach, or you can sit in the garden and enjoy the sounds of the surf. The golf club house is directly across the street and offers plenty of social activities as well as some of the best golf available. A temporary membership will allow use of all club facilities which include a brand new beach club featuring two dining areas, 2 lounges, a cabana bar, beachside grill and patio dining. There is also entertainment Thursday - Sunday.
Some of the interior features include hardwood and tile flooring, maple cabinetry in the kitchen and completely remodeled baths. The entire rear of the condo is glass, revealing a most amazing view of nature.
The guest bedroom offers two twin beds, bureau and a comfortable reading area. The loft bedroom offers a daybed and a sitting area and the master bedroom has a queen-size bed, comfortable reading chair, bureau and TV cabinet. All three bedrooms have a TV-VCR. There is a family room off the kitchen, a huge dining room featuring Florida styled furniture and a large living room with a wet bar.
Our home comes complete with beach chairs, umbrella, and many other necessities for enjoying this beautiful area.
