A very luxurious apartment in a newly built residence with an large outdoor swimming pool situated on the hillside above Menaggio offers panoramic views of the Lake Como & the surrounding area. The apartment is beautifully furnished with stylish, contemporary furnishings & fittings.
The full length, glass sliding windows in the living area offer an amazing architectural feature to the lounge. It opens up the space & light, allowing the outside to connect with the interior, creating an attractive vista onto the garden & terrace as well as providing warmth and light to the rooms behind. Outside, you can enjoy dining 'al fresco' from the kitchen or from the BBQ on the terrace.
The apartment offers two bedrooms and sleeps up to 6 people. There is an open plan kitchen, dining & lounge area (with sofa bed). The kitchen is comprehensively fitted - a stylish area where you can prepare those delicious Italian dishes while socializing with your family & friends. For your living room entertainment, there is a wide, flat-screen Satellite TV, DVD player & Wireless Internet.
Below the apartment, there is a private parking space allocated for guests.
Very close to the apartment is 'The Menaggio & Cadenabbia Golf Club'in area of Croce, the second oldest Golf Club in Italy representing British tradition at its best. Overlooking Lake Como, it is a course combining old-world values with a heritage of golfing culture. The elevated position of the course provides splendid views in all directions. Players can catch glimpses of the lakes and in the distance, the central snow-capped Alps.
Menaggio is a popular & lively resort, located on the western shore of Lake Como. An excellent base for exploring the beautiful, historic towns along the lake by passenger ferry as well as for the more energetic 'hiking & cycling' enthusiasts amongst you. The ferry jetty is about five minutes' walk from the main square, Piazza Garibaldi in the heart of Menaggio. About a handful of alleys lead off where you can explore the shops, bars, restaurants and gelataria's which blossom alongside flowerpots & cobblestones.
Menaggio is a great location especially with its lakeside swimming at the local beach or the new public lido at the end of the lakeside promenade. Watch the sunset with a gelato in hand as the local fishermen pull in their evening catch.

Our one & two weekly service charges are inclusive of final cleaning, bed linen, towels, heating, utilities & air-conditioning (if installed in the holiday property). Tea towels & beach towels are not supplied. If your booking is for more than one week, clean linen & towels will be provided on a weekly basis.

Additional Facilities:
We offer a range of extra facilities, which are available for hire through our office 'Happy Holiday Homes' in Menaggio: Cot Hire - EU 20 per week, High Chair - EU 15 per week, Push Chair - EU 25 per week, Camp Bed – EU 85 per week, Wi-Fi or USB Internet Stick - EU 35 per week (includes EU 10 consumable credit). Please note that signal and connectivity is not guaranteed and may depend on the strength of the signal in your rental property.
Making a Booking:
To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.

We thought the property was excellent and the online photos fail to do it justice. Staff in the office were very helpful and open on a Sunday afternoon when we arrived. Boat trip was very easy to organise and a must do if you are advising others. Can’t think of any faults other than we only had a week there! Tom, UK. July 1010

Well, first of all, the directions and instructions we got from you were clear and simple so we had no trouble finding the office, collecting the keys and getting to the apartment. We were also grateful for the information about the places of interest, restaurants, ferry timetables, shopping, etc. that helped us a lot. We actually needed help from your staff only once when we asked for the password to the internet, which we obtained promptly. The property was great, but what was astounding - the view of the lake and the mountains. We were totally impressed! Unfortunately, I had some health problems before our arrival in Como, so I couldn't walk much. But the view, the swimming pool and the weather were absolutely amazing. Without your advice we wouldn't be also able to find the cosy restaurant called Barcarola?? (I'm not good at names) where we enjoyed a typical Italian dinner and wine in a pleasant domestic atmosphere.
