The kitchen is functional and spacious and the property also offers 3 large bathrooms, one of which provides a fun Jacuzzi bath to relax in and enjoy. Accommodation is extremely generous and consists of 3 very spacious double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and 1 single bedroom, so is ideal for a larger party or family seeking a beautiful holiday home with space!
Cernobbio itself is a beautiful town situated just 10 minutes drive from the cosmopolitan lake city of Como. The town of Cernobbio offers many local amenities to guests such as grocery shops, designer boutique shops, galleries, antique shops, restaurants and cafes, as well as a delightful ice cream parlour, children's park and the wonderful little harbour and lake front promenade and Piazza.
The world renowned Vista D'Este Hotel is also to be found here, creating an everlasting luxurious ambience around this charming and upmarket Lakeside town, due to its palatial proportions and its many famous guests.
Cleaning Costs
There is a final cleaning fee of €120 for a one week booking & €150 for a two week booking with all bed-linen & towels included. If staying for two weeks or more – the bed-linen & towels will be refreshed after each week. All utility usage such as water, electricity & gas, are included in the rental price.

Payments by Credit/Debit Card & Wire Transfer
There are no additional charges for credit or debit card payments. However, all bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the sender. To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our booking form online and pay a 30% deposit. The remaining balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
