This immaculately presented Villa is the ideal location to explore the lake! Lenno is well served with transportation to all parts of the lake via ferrys & buses.
The nearest ferry station is just outside the main entrance gate of Bella Venere. Villa del Balbianello (famous as a film location in the James Bond movie, 'Casino Royale' and the 'Lido di Lenno' with it's golden sandy beach and lakeside restaurant are both situated here in the village.
A number of local Italian restaurants are just around the corner where you can enjoy delicious Italian fare. Experiencing Italian coffee or sampling one of the homemade gelatos (ice cream) is a real treat. Supermarkets are also just a ten minute walk from the property.
The villa is very spacious and is arranged on three floors. The ground floor features a fully fitted kitchen, a separate dining and living area. The spacious living area is elegantly furnished with satellite TV, DVD player and fireplace.
The first floor features two bedrooms. In the first bedroom there is a double size bed with en-suite bathroom and a spacious dressing area. The second bedroom has twin single beds. Both bedrooms enjoy magnificent lake views.
The second floor features three bedrooms and a bathroom and a balcony with panoramic lake views.
In addition to this very special villa, comes the advantage of being able to use an exclusive private pool and a truly beautiful garden with BBQ. After enjoying the day exploring the historic villages, towns & gardens around the lake, you can relax in the sauna on the lower ground floor of the Villa.
This amazing Villa caters for everyone; families, couples, young & old. The villa offers everything that you will need for a very special holiday.
The regular ferry and bus service allows you to discover other beautiful lakeside towns such as Tremezzo with its famous Villa Carlotta, Menaggio with its bustling lakeside town atmosphere and quaint Sala Comacina (all only a 10 minute bus ride away).
Como city is only 25 km away, reached by car or ferry and offers a truly cosmopolitan atmosphere as well as regular trains to Milan and other desirable destinations.

Service Charge:
Our one & two weekly service charges are inclusive of final cleaning, bed linen, towels, heating, utilities & air-conditioning (if installed in the holiday property). Tea towels & beach towels are not supplied. If your booking is for more than one week, clean linen & towels will be provided on a weekly basis.

Short Breaks:
3 night break - 40% off weekly tariff / 4 night break - 30% off weekly tariff / 5 night break - 20% off weekly tariff / 6 night break - 10% off weekly tariff.
Additional Facilities:
We offer a range of extra facilities, which are available for hire through our office 'Happy Holiday Homes' in Menaggio: Cot Hire - EU 20 per week, High Chair - EU 15 per week, Push Chair - EU 25 per week, Camp Bed – EU 85 per week, Wi-Fi or USB Internet Stick - EU 35 per week (includes EU 10 consumable credit). Please note that signal and connectivity is not guaranteed and may depend on the strength of the signal in your rental property.
Making a Booking:
To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.

The Home was great. Plenty of parking (we had 3 rented vehicles), The weather was much milder than we expected, which gave us opportunity to take advantage of the veranda and sun porches. We actually hired a local chef (recommended by you) to prepare our Easter dinner. We invited friends from France to join us for Easter dinner, so in total we had 14 on the front veranda. It vista was spectacular, the food even better ! We ran into a "little" problem on Tuesday morning, as the local market set op directly outside the gate @ 7AM. We had no way to get our vehicles out.Your firm was very helpful, and set up a 8 person van to drive us to Lugano (our daughter had to be back by noon). It was an unexpected expense, but turned into an adventure. I suggest to post a notice/warning for any renter to plan ahead for the Tuesday market.

We have just returned home from a dream of a vacation we had with our children (it was my wife's 60th birthday) in Italy; It is hard to exaggerate the contribution of your company to our event, in all respects possible; Your attention to our requests (a few as they were) and your kindness and sense of service , not to speak of the house we had, made our vacation memorable even more. Take care and keep on the wonderful job you are all doing. We , at our end, will recommend you guys to any of our friends who contemplate going to this heavenly part of the world.

The time past already and the everyday life has us back but even if it is already 2 weeks ago we still remember the time at the Comer lake :-) We didn't had the time on Saturday to say goodbye and express our gratefulness. After the bumby start in the first two days you helped us where ever possible to make us happy and we really enjoyed the time. The next time that we will spent on the Lake we definetly will get in touch with you again. So thank you again and the entire team, you are doing a real good job. Wishing you all the Best for the future The entire family Noack PS: The private dinner with the private service was a real success.
