  The condo was very comfortable from the first time we walked in. Very clean and well maintained. My friends and I were in to volunteer for the Panama City Ironman. The venue was walking distance so location was convenient. Ocean view spectacular. The sunsets were gorgeous. Highly recommend this condo to anyone looking to rent a condo on the beach. The entire complex well maintained and staff very friendly.

  My family and I stayed in this condo May 14-19th 2012. I will agree with the other comments about how the pictures do not do the condo justice. It was absolutely gorgeous, and extremely clean. As a mon of a crawling 8 month old, I am a stickler about cleanliness. Our stay was wonderful and since we went before the majority of the schools got out for summer vacation, the beach wasn't crowded at all. The indoor pool was perfect for my little ones to play in. There were several families staying there since the age requirement is 25+, so it was very family friendly. I would recommend this condo for those with small children as the second bedroom is kinda on the small side, but definitely manageable for older children. I can't wait to come back!

  We had a WONDERFUL experience at your Majestic condo!!!! loved every detail of it, the decoration, colors, COMFORT and how clean it was. We felt right at home from the moment we opened the door to come in. The only suggestion is to get some non-stick pots and pans for the kitchen. We are looking forward to our next vacation at PCB and hope to rent from you again. Big thanks. :)

  Thanks so much for letting us stay at your condo. Everything was great I am pretty picky about cleanliness and this condo was very clean. Love the way the condo was decorated with all the bright colors. Hope to get to stay here again in the future. We havent stayed in PC in a few years so we didnt know what to expect, but we were pleasantly surprised at the changes. This is a great place to take your kids.

  The pictures don't do this unit justice, we really enjoyed our stay here. The unit is close enough to ground/parking level you can take stairs if needed, the elevators really were not that busy anyway. The onsite bar and grill provided some really delicious fare. Loved the included beach setup and had a GREAT time at PCB!

  This is a great little condo on the beach.Very clean and met our needs easily. It was exacltly like the pictures even the colors. There were always people cleaning in the building and security around the parking areas. It was very easy dealing with Vycki and our security deposit was returned to us quickly.Fabulous view of the gulf from the living ,dining room and kitchen. Despite cold weather we were able to spend many sunfilled hours on the sheltered balcony. Close to golf courses and outlet shopping in Destin and easy drive into Panama City. Second bedroom small but it is a room not just beds in the hall. Would rent again. Have already recommended it to someone else.

  Splash is beautiful!! the kids loved that there was so much to do there. Although we came during a cold front, the ocean view was still exceptional!!! The unit was very clean and beautifully decorated, we would love to come back. Thank You for making this another wonderful memory in our book

  Splash was beautifully decorated and so comfortable. The view was fantastic. All of our friends are asking and we are recommending it highly. Just wish the lazy river was bigger!

  This property was wonderful. We've stayed at Edgewater and Longbeach for the last twenty years and this was such a nice change of scenery and location. The condo was exceptionally clean and wonderfully decorated. Ms. Thompson was very easy to work with.
