Cool off with a swim at our private beach. Enjoy the nightly entertainment at a local winery two doors away. Anchor your boat or jet ski by day at our private beach. Dock your boat or yacht at the beautiful Geneva Marina a mile to the west. Book a fishing trip or sunset cruise with one of the professional charter captains at the Geneva Marina.
Walk the mile long entertainment "strip". Play golf at one of the many local courses. Play tennis, basketball, or use the playground at the recreation park just across the street. Visit the many antique shops. Everything is within a short walk of our beautiful lakefront rental home.
This year round listing is in the heart of Ohio's first resort. One of Geneva-on-the-Lake's most modern rentals (built 1989), we keep everything in top shape. Located directly on the beachfront, you will have unobstructed lake views from the 12' X 30' deck, living/dining room, kitchen, and two of the bedrooms.
There are two bedrooms and a bath up, one bedroom and a bath down. With a full sized washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, and one-of-a-kind views you will have everything you need for a spectacular week in paradise. There are 1 queen, 1 full, and 2 twin sized beds. Off-street parking for 2 vehicles.
Available for weekend getaways or a week of solitude in the off-season. The sunsets are sensational year round. At least 19 local wineries are close by. We are located in the midst of Ohio's Steelhead Alley fishing area. We are 15 minutes from Geneva's Spire Institute (Gareat sports complex). The fall foilage is fantastic. We are close to the Geneva Grape Festival and the Ashtabula County Covered Bridge festival. Waterfowl viewing is spectacular in the spring. Try Geneva-on-the-Lake year round.

Year Purchased: 1989
We grew up in the Geneva-on-the-Lake area and raised our family here. We are both retired educators. Now that our three children have grown and moved out, our home is for rent while we live on our boat at Geneva Marina. We hope you will fall in love with "the Lake" like we did.

Geneva-on-the-Lake is a family friendly vacation area with fantastic outdoor recreation oportunities. There aren't many places that offer so much to do within a short walk of home. The sunsets are the best!

It's been crazy since we've been back.We had such a wonderful time staying at your place on our honeymoon and can't thank you enough for your hospitality. Our stay couldn't have been more perfect - the house is spotless, warm and welcoming, not to mention the location - an amazing spot overlooking Lake Erie. We are so thrilled that we chose to spend our honeymoon at your beach house. We are planning on returning in June and bringing some family with us to experience the people, the sites and history of Lake Erie. See you in June!!!

Excellent place! I stayed for the weekend with my fiance and some of her family and it was really therapeutic listening to the lake at night. It was a very comfortable place, also very clean and accommodating. I would recommend this place to be the number one choice when looking for a place to stay. Also leaves you in walking distance to everything.

This place was perfect for our girl's winter weekend getaway. The house is gorgeous - and spotless! We loved all the little touches that added to the seaside motif and the view is fantastic. Even though there's less to do in the area in winter, you really never want to leave the house anyway. We also appreciated the recommendation of Alessandro's for dinner. Awesome Italian food. Thanks for a great weekend!

This home is wonderful. Its in a great location with a wonderful view. The home has everything you need and more. The owners are very friendly! Me and friends rented the home for NewYears eve and we had a great time! The view was beautiful even in the winter! I have many friends that saw the pics and hope to rent it some time. This was our first stay, but most likely won't be our last. We had a wonderful view of the lake, the best I have EVER had, and we have stayed here all summer since the year I was born. Close to everything if it were in-season, but so peaceful off-season too!. The house had everything we needed and it made our weekend stay so easy. I had my two daughters with me (five and three years old), so the house is very kid-friendly! If you come in the summer be sure to eat at Eddie's Grill and try the Pink Catawba at the Firehouse Winery! Thank you Wayne and Ellie for sharing your house with us. Look for us to be in touch come Spring time!

What a wonderful week we had at what we refer to now as "the lake house". It had everything we needed to make us as comfortable as being at home. Every evening had the most amazing sunsets too!! We did festivals, covered bridges, Amish country, wineries...so much to do there. We can't wait to come back for another week in paradise. Thanks to Wayne and Ellie for their hospitality and sharing their home on Lake Erie, The Northern Coast! Close to most everything- their home is clean and comfortable for a weekend or the week. The wineries, lighthouses and covered bridges will make for fun adventure before relaxing at night on the water. We are officially offering the Lomas an annual trade of their water home on the lake for one weekend for one weekend at our camp on the Ohio River. We will run back up to the lake and watch the freighters and fishing boats go by. They can run down to the river and watch the barges go by! We will definately be back to their home regardless of if they accept our offer! The area is beautiful and their home is the nicest place in the area to stay!

We just spent the weekend in this home. The owners were very pleasant. The home was very nice, comfortable, and clean. It felt like home. The views from the deck.... priceless! Will definitely stay again!!
