This fully renovated, exceptional two-bedroom condominium boasts 1300+ square feet of space. A comfortable living area features new furnishings and includes cable television and a DVD player for your enjoyment. The area opens up to a private, covered deck where you can sit with your morning coffee and watch a spectacular sunrise or enjoy the beautiful golf course view.
The inviting kitchen is nicely equipped and offers ample storage and work space. Whether preparing a quick snack or a complete meal, you should find everything you need.
Each spacious bedroom features a full, private bath area, comfortable king-size bed, 26-inch television, and plenty of storage for your personal items. The Master suite offers a private dressing area and 2-person jetted Jacuzzi tub.
Located at the Holiday Hills Resort & Golf Club, our condominium is ideally situated away from city traffic, but close to the very heart of Branson’s famous Highway 76 Strip, noted for its bright lights, spectacular entertainment, museums, and fantastic restaurants. Just minutes away is Branson Landing and the Branson Convention Center, where you will discover waterfront shopping, dining, entertainment, and meeting space along beautiful Lake Taneycomo, adjacent to historic downtown Branson.

Standard nightly rate is $110.00 and applies for all other dates.
Sales tax and a one-time cleaning fee of $50.00 are not included.
Check-in is any time after 4:00 pm and check-out is any time prior to 11:00 am.
50% deposit required at time of booking. Remainder due 14 days prior to arrival.

This was our second time at this condo, feels like home to us. It is clean, well decorated, perfect location, Bryce makes it so easy to book, it just has everything we could want. We were on the golf course everyday... Tony played I drove. Love the view from the deck. Just a short distance from Branson Landing, nice grocery store near by and while we were there PERFECT weather. This will always be our first pick for a place to stay in Branson. Some attractions to check out: Branson Zipline at Wolf Creek Preserve ( we had a awesome time there!) Enjoyed Ride the Ducks (1st time for us) Did the "walk about" at Dewey Short visitor Center at Lake Dam, And do not miss Lunch or Dinner at the Keeter Center at College of the Ozarks! Best food around!

This condo is just like the pictures. Absolutley beautiful, very clean, well maintained. So relaxing and peaceful place to stay. We would highly recommend this place. We would love to stay here every time we come to Branson. It is close to all the things to do. We went to see Noah, which was amazing to see. the Sullivans from Fort Smith Arkansas Sept. 11, 2011

My family stayed there 8/5/11 for 5 nights and we loved it. The condo is beautifully decorated and they have thought of everything you could possibly need!! My husband and son golfed on their golf course one day and loved it. Close to everything, esp. Branson Landing. Book your next Branson trip here, you won't be disappointed!!

Stayed for three nights in mid June. Excellent unit, roomy bedrooms, nicely decorated. Kitchen with LOTS of cabinet space, huge master bedroom and bath, very nice sized 2nd bedroom and bath. Would definitely recommend. An easy drive to the strip.... Returning for 6 nights in September I liked it so much!

My family loved the condo. It looked exactly like the pictures. We felt right at home. It was very clean and I loved the decor. The little touches like the games in the closet, movies, and labels in the kitchen made it special. We only stayed for 3 nights, but we would have loved to stay longer.

What you see is what you get! This condo is beautiful and was perfect for our visit. Wish we didn't live so far away so that we could come back again and again. This is a perfect place to stay.

We brought in the New Year at the condo. The condo was everything we wanted. It is in a convenient location. It is quiet there. And it is exceptionally clean! Everything was great...I can't think of a thing that we would change. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to visit again!

We have been taking our children to Branson for the ultimate "Christmas Experience" at Silver Dollar City for over 20 years. Just happened upon the VRBO-Retreat on Rockford and the pictures describe their retreat place perfectly, very warm and welcoming. As my 18 year old said, "this place is pretty legit"! My family had a wonderful weekend in Branson and it was nice to come back at the end of a busy day and relax in all the comforts of home. Very clean and well maintained. The owners are excellent to work with and very accommodating. Would recommend this place to any of my friends and we will be visiting again next year.
