The condo was like walking into the photos, exactly as pictured. Very clean and decorated beautifully. The directions we received from Bryce were spot on and the entry codes worked perfectly. We will surely come back to this property in the future. We felt at home as soon as we walked in. The little market across the street was really nice, loved the Pizza World. We enjoyed the entertainment at Legends, Hughes Brothers "it", and Hamner Barber. We also went to the Titanic and Branson Auto Museums. Be sure to eat at the Fish House at Bass Pro Shops on the water, excellant. The Hard Luck Diner where the staff sings while serving you was pretty cool. Walking our little dog through the neighborhood felt safe and the area was beautiful. We had a great stay.

This condo is just like the pictures. Absolutley beautiful, very clean, well maintained. So relaxing and peaceful place to stay. We would highly recommend this place. This was our second time at this condo, feels like home to us. It is clean, well decorated, perfect location, Bryce makes it so easy to book, it just has everything we could want. We were on the golf course everyday... Tony played I drove. Love the view from the deck. Just a short distance from Branson Landing, nice grocery store near by and while we were there PERFECT weather. This will always be our first pick for a place to stay in Branson. Some attractions to check out: Branson Zipline at Wolf Creek Preserve ( we had a awesome time there!) Enjoyed Ride the Ducks (1st time for us) Did the "walk about" at Dewey Short visitor Center at Lake Dam, And do not miss Lunch or Dinner at the Keeter Center at College of the Ozarks! Best food around!

My family stayed there 8/5/11 for 5 nights and we loved it. The condo is beautifully decorated and they have thought of everything you could possibly need!! My husband and son golfed on their golf course one day and loved it. Close to everything, esp. Branson Landing. Book your next Branson trip here, you won't be disappointed!!

My family loved the condo. It looked exactly like the pictures. We felt right at home. It was very clean and I loved the decor. The little touches like the games in the closet, movies, and labels in the kitchen made it special. We only stayed for 3 nights, but we would have loved to stay longer.

Stayed for three nights in mid June. Excellent unit, roomy bedrooms, nicely decorated. Kitchen with LOTS of cabinet space, huge master bedroom and bath, very nice sized 2nd bedroom and bath. Would definitely recommend. An easy drive to the strip.... Returning for 6 nights in September I liked it so much!

We brought in the New Year at the condo. The condo was everything we wanted. It is in a convenient location. It is quiet there. And it is exceptionally clean! Everything was great...I can't think of a thing that we would change. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to visit again!

We have been taking our children to Branson for the ultimate "Christmas Experience" at Silver Dollar City for over 20 years. Just happened upon the VRBO-Retreat on Rockford and the pictures describe their retreat place perfectly, very warm and welcoming. As my 18 year old said, "this place is pretty legit"! My family had a wonderful weekend in Branson and it was nice to come back at the end of a busy day and relax in all the comforts of home. Very clean and well maintained. The owners are excellent to work with and very accommodating. Would recommend this place to any of my friends and we will be visiting again next year.

My girlfriend and I decided to celebrate our 60th birthdays in Branson. We picked this condo. It was fabulous!!!! When we walked in the door on the table were 2 Happy Birthday balloons attached to "bags of goodies". Such a thoughtful family!! The place was very clean. We used the kitchen which is equipped quite well. Very quiet and close to town - easy access to condo. Great place to stay!!! We started the condo search (the pictures say it all) in January for an October stay. Bryce was excellent e-mailing us information and keeping in touch through the months. Would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for an excellent place to stay!!!!!!! We are going back in 5 years and will be staying at this condo!!

I just got back from a "girlfriend's getaway" and we stayed at Holiday Hills Condos Unit O-8. I can't tell you how much fun we had and can't even say enough about this condo! It's beautiful! Everything we needed was right there, the decor is beautiful! We fed the ducks this morning before making one more run to The Landing! oops, can we feed the ducks? Oh, also had a ball watching all the golfers! It was a great time away from the norm! Now back to reality. I'm plannning to bring my husband for a week-end in Nov. I would tell anyone looking for a ultra clean, convenient to EVERYTHING, relaxing condo (and oh so close to a driving range!) to book your stay at this condo!!!! You will NOT regret it!

Awesome! is the only way to describe our stay at Holiday Hills. The condo was everything the rental listing stated and the photos depicted from cleanliness, spaciousness, amenities to location. Our two grandchildren were with us so we appreciated all the space for them to have fun yet the privacy as desired that a motel room would not provide. It was close enough to Branson for easy access to all that Branson offers and far enough to avoid the constant hustle and bustle of Branson. We definitely will return to Holiday Hills and would recommend it to anyone. Our only complaint about this vacation was beyond your control---the extreme heat and humidity. We have been to Branson several times in spring and autumn but not summer; we learned to avoid Branson in summertime. Oh, and I failed to mention, the price was right!!! Thank you for a great vacation!

This was absolutely the perfect place for us to relax! Though we didn't use the pools, golf course or any of the special extras, it was quiet and just what we needed for a weekend getaway. Being on the East side of town and close to the Branson Landing, there was no traffic which was a huge plus! We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to all! Your condo is beautiful...and most of all very clean. We have stayed in many condo's over the years and this was the best yet! Beautifully decorated. We were able to take our miniature yorkie with us! Very quiet setting and beautiful view of golf course. Very spacious layout and loved the king size beds! There was not anything extra amenities that we needed...you had it all there for us. Thanks so much! We will definately be back again!

What a fabulous getaway for a family of 5!!! We had a wonderful time and it all started when we walked into the Retreat on Rockford!! This place was incredible! It felt like home, it was very clean, comfortable, wonderfully decorated, had everything we needed or could have wanted and was within minutes of the main strip. My dog loved laying on the balcony watching the people play golf. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us and our dog, we never felt crowded. We have made around 30 trips to Branson and have always stayed at hotels. But we will be staying at your condo from here on out. Thanks so much for sharing your condo with my family!!

The Retreat on Rockford is exactly that, a retreat. The decorating is warm and cozy. The condo is clean and spacious with a great view of the golf course. Bryce was easy to work with and we look forward to renting this unit a lot more in the future!

We had a wonderful time at this very clean and well decorated condo. Having the condo overlook the 3rd fairway was an added bonus, we were even able to assist a few golfers find their golf balls. The kitchen was well stocked and the bedrooms were very large.

We enjoyed our stay in your newly refurbished condo. It was exceptionally clean as well as comfortably furnished and tastefully decorated. There was nothing missing that we needed...it was great and we would recommend it to our friends who consider VRBO properties. We liked the location being outside of Branson proper. From downtown "Old Branson" you can jump on any of the routes to get to shows, etc. and we were minutes from that downtown starting point and the Landing...Thanks for allowing us to stay at your place on very short notice.
