In a beautiful Holland style building, situated right in front of the lake and a few steps away from the beach (only a park in between). Marina, main street, restaurants, grocery store and shopping is at a walking distance and mount Orford is only at a 10 min drive. Luxurious and modern condo with a mix of contemporary and antique furniture all decorated with style. Very bright and quiet.

Luxurious condo with balcony fully equipped (furniture, dishes, bed sheets, washer and dryer, etc.) Condo on the 3rd floor with fantastic view on the Memphrémagog Lake. 1,390 sq. ft: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen + dining room. The condo is equipped with a fireplace. Price includes, outside parking, heating, electricity, hot water, TV cable and local calls.
Close to Mount Orford and Owl's Head. Directly on the bike/walk/rollerblade path that becomes an ice skating path in the winter. There is a lift to the condo. We can provide more pictures on request.

Summer season: marina and lake activities (swimming, sailing, water skiing, seadoo) roller blade along the lake. Golf. Trekking, Wetland and bird observation. Cycling and mountain biking, Many spas to choose from. Many sites to visit and activities to choose from (St Benedict Abbey, Lavender Farm, Zoo, Waterpark ...)
Winter season: alpine skiing at 3 major ski resorts: Orford, Owl's Head and Jay Peak (VT). Cross country ski at Mount Orford nearby. Skating along the lake. Ice fishing. Sugaring.
1h30 drive to Montreal (Highway 10), 25 min. drive to Serbrooke. 20 min. to U.S. Boarder (Highway 89)
