NEW SKI SEASON 2012: A new multi-million dollar ice rink has been created outside of this great building. This condo has the largest balcony in all of River Run and has great people watching views. Check out the new photos.
NEW SPRING 2011: New high quality down pillows and soft new blankets. Silverware, pots, pans, dishes, glassware and other kitchen items have been restocked. Upgraded soft fitted micro-fiber sheets on beds.

UNIT SIZE AND QUALITY: *****(5 Stars). This 1010 square foot unit has been completely remodeled with high-end features and appliances. This beautiful condo features new carpet and paint, as well as new flat-screen HDTV's in the living room and master bedroom. In the master bedroom, you will sleep soundly in the king size bed with luxurious bed linens. The master bedroom also features a beautiful cherry wood nightstand and dresser with a new KING sized bed. The guest bedroom features a new queen size bed with television and is tastefully decorated with mountain inspired décor. You will also enjoy the luxurious leather couch and chair in the living room while you relax and watch TV or movies on the flat screen TV with DVD player. If you are working away from home, this condo also features a beautiful desk in the living room. A game table with two chairs are located in a small alcove off of the living room. The building's laundry facility is located on the second floor and is located right next to our condo. The most unique feature of this property is the huge, wrap-around balcony that boasts breathtaking mountain, ice rink and ski slope views. It can easily accommodate 10+ people comfortably. This condo is conveniently located off of the elevator. THIS IS THE LARGEST BALCONY IN RIVER RUN!!
VIEWS **** (4 Stars) This condo has many windows that will allow you to enjoy the mountain views from the living room and both bedrooms. From the balcony, you will enjoy views of the mountains, skiers coming down Dercum Mountain and the kids on the ice skating rink.
PROXIMITY TO ACTIVITIES ***** (4 Stars) It is a 2 minute walk to the heart of River Run Village where you will find excellent businesses including restaurants, shopping, bars, winter and summer sports rentals, and great people watching. It is approximately 200 yards to the new, high-speed, eight person gondola. If you wish to explore other parts of Summit County (e.g. Breckenridge, Frisco, Dillon, Silverthorne), the free Summit Stage shuttle picks up in front of the building.
BUILDING QUALITY & AMENITIES ****(5 Stars) Expedition Station was completed in the late 90’s and is one of the more exclusive buildings in the resort. The building features two, high-speed elevators that service 91 condominiums. There is an access controlled underground heated garage. Laundry facilities are located on all floors of the building. Expedition Station has a beautiful lobby with cozy couches, gas fireplace, pool table, and game tables. This building also features a year-round heated pool, an eight person hot tub, a spacious heated patio with BBQ’s, fitness center, and a steam room for guests’ enjoyment.
NEW FOR 2011: For only $5 per day we now offer XBOX 360's, Playstation 3's, Nintendo Wii's and the NEW iPad 2. Rent one of these amazing devices and let your kids have a blast while you relax. We deliver and setup the devices for you. iPad 2's are connected to all the Wi-Fi signals in the resort. So take it where you want and have FUN! Bring your own games or rent them from us.

From Guest Book: What a great condo. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us and all the upgrades were great. We loved the massive balcony. The snow was fantastic and it is awsome to take a short walk to the lifts. We have stayed in other places in Keystone where we had to take a shuttle. That is for the birds! Thanks for sharing your mountain home with us.

Had a wonderful time in your condo & in Keystone with the grandparents, parents, and 1 yr old. A nice place to getaway from Denver & bring the grandparents from Pennsylvania to spend time with their grandaughter. Thank you for the lovely accomodations.

What a great weekend we had up here. Not only did we celebrate Grandma's birthday, but the kids also had lots of activities since this was Easter weekend. The snowboarding was a blast. The weather wasn't bad either. Thank you for the use of this wonderful condo. We'd love to stay again in the future.

What an amazing space! There's nothing like coming off the mountain and being able to relax in this beautiful condo. So close to everything in River Run. Just a short walk away. I had a wonderful time!

Stayed in 8 different condos in Summit County over last 15 years but none compare with this 'home away from home'. Since discovering, have booked for last 7 years. Bright, spacious, comfortable, convenient, contemporary, close to everything, great views -- everything desirable in a mountain getaway, anytime of the year! Would purchase and live here year round if life circumstances would permit.

When visiting the Rockies, most people want to be completely immersed in the beautiful scenery. The wonderful thing about this unit is when you are done on the slopes, you can continue to be surrounded by the immense beauty by enjoying the views from the deck. To sit on the deck with a blanket wrapped around me with a glass of wine taking in the actions of nature and people is simply spectacular! All the amenities are right there!! The workout room, a little shopping and always coming back to this gorgeous condo. All I can say is PURE HEAVEN!
