Our Condo is located on beautiful Maalaea Bay, sanctuary of the humpback whales (December thru April). Maalaea has a small harbor and fishing village located right on Maalaea Bay, only 14 minutes from Kahului Airport. Favored by local residents for its quiet and low key living, sunny weather, and central location, the village of Maalaea lies between Lahaina/Kaanapali (about 15 miles west) and Wailea (about 15 miles south). Sugar Beach, a five mile stretch of unspoiled and natural beauty, is at the end of our street - Hauoli St. - Hauoli (meaning "happy"), is a quiet dead end street, with very little traffic. The walk to Sugar Beach is only five minutes. Once there, you may stroll all the way to Kihei with the ocean on one side, and Kealia Wild-life Refuge and Pond on the other side. Maalaea Harbor is home to boats and the Maui Ocean Center providing guests with a range of ocean activities.
Condo is 100% oceanfront, 80 feet to waters edge in a quiet, central location between a 7 mile white sand beach and the harbor, both only a 5 minute walk. The Harbor has lots of boats, 6 restaurants and the Maui Ocean Center. The beautiful grounds have a pool, Jacuzzi and BBQ area.
Snorkeling, diving, fishing, sunset cruises, sightseeing, and whale watching excursions originate from the harbor. This area is a five minute walk from the condo. Six excellent restaurants are found in the harbor area, handy when you don't want to cook or drive anywhere. New to the harbor is the Maui Ocean Center, a state-of-the-art aquarium that brings Hawaii's intriguing underwater world to within easy reach of Maui's visitors and residents. In addition to the aquarium, there are several new shops and restaurants associated with the Maui Ocean Center.
Amenities: Condo is fully equipped with beautiful decor. The kitchen has all of the features necessary for modern living including four burner range, oven, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher and a washer and dryer. Master bedroom has a queen size bed, second bedroom has a queen bed, small third bedroom has a single twin bed and the living room has a sleeper sofa. Second bedroom with bath, has a queen bed. The small third bedroom has a single twin bed. There are ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms and a living room air conditioning unit. However, with the prevailing trade winds and flow thru ventilation, these are seldom needed. The entertainment center in the LR includes color cable TV, VCR, DVD, High Speed Internet Cable connection (free), unlimited long distance and inter-island phone calls in the US (free) and an AM/FM/CD player.
Activities: Our grounds are nicely manicured with ample lounge chairs for soaking up the Maui sun. We have a Swimming pool and Jacuzzi for days when you just want to relax. At night, you can cook out on the new gas grills, or stroll down Hauoli Street to one of the many restaurants located in the harbor area.

3 night minimum stay
$200 deposit required to hold reservations.
Deposit is fully refundable with 30 day notice of cancellation.
For stays less than one week, cleaning fee $80.
