Sunny Side Up is clearly a cut above the rest. This is obvious from the moment you enter. The large foyer is adorned with a beveled glass and iron table, art and a bronze lamp.
The large, king size Master suite combines Broyhill furniture, sliding glass doors that open to the wrap around balcony, flat screen HDTV custom drapery, pillow top mattress, a dressing room and a private master bath with soaking tub. The suite is private and spacious.
The queen size bedroom, down the hall,is furnished with two luxurious queen size beds, television, view towards The Shoppes at Edgewater and a private entry to the third full bath.
Across the hall from the Queen suite, is another King suite attractively furnished with fine furniture, flat screen television, private access to the wrap around balcony, a dressing room with double vanity and another large bath complete with soaking tub. All of the bedrooms are decorated in rich tropical colors.
For convenience, there is a full size washer and dryer available.
We provide 2 free beach chairs and an umbrella for our guests.
Even Paula Dean would stop and admire, Sunny Side Ups kitchen.So beautiful, it could easily be a set on the Food Channel. The ceiling is an inverted tray with dramatic lighting. There is abundant, real wood cabinetry and a beautiful center island.
Dining can be a delightful experience in the opulent dining room. The unique drift wood base, glass top dining room table, the gorgeous side board or buffet table and the dramatic, birds of paradise, floral arrangement create a upscale, fun setting for family meals and special dinners. Of course, the massive wrap around balcony, can be accessed from the dining room also. More than one of the dining room walls is pure glass!
The living room combines beauty and class. There is a comfortable, queen size sleeper sofa, two large easy chairs finished in bamboo with tropical print, a magnificent area rug on top of the natural stone tile, gallery art, 37" flat screen HDTV, DVD player,custom made drapes, task and mood lighting and access to the wrap around balcony through the southern facing, wall of glass that provides a panoramic view of the gulf from within the living room.
