It's true.."Heaven IS a little bit closer in a House by the Sea", and our house offers views of the ocean, the pond and the renowned Misquamicut Golf Course. The house is about 100 steps to the Atlantic Ocean, and a few more steps to a beautiful barrier beach in Misquamicut that stretches one and half miles to the tony harbor village of Watch Hill.
There are three bedrooms, one bedroom with two twin beds, one bedroom with two full size beds. and the MBR with a queen size bed. Two large bedrooms offer water views, and the third bedroom is very cozy and the best room for sleeping late. All the rooms are on the main floor and include one full bath with oversized shower, and a half bath in the Master Bedroom.
When you get back from the beach, there is a very large enclosed shower and dressing room, in the garage area with an additional 1/2 bath and also has a Washer & Dryer.
The 14x22 kitchen offers updated appliances, multiple work areas, and everything you need for entertaining, including a table that seats 8-10 people. The kitchen flows into a spacious living room with two seating areas. There are French doors that provide access to a three-season 9'x12' enclosed sun porch that opens to a 15' x 40' deck in the rear of the house. The deck offers water views, tables and ample chairs, chaises, and of course, plenty of sun and sunsets. An additional 9x9 deck is also accessible to the front of the house, outside the front bedroom.
If you need to slip away for some quiet time for some shade, there's an outdoor roomy area under the deck with chairs that comes complete with multiple bird houses and beautiful flowers, and of course a great big yard for the kids to play in.
Only minutes from Mystic (8 miles) and Foxwoods & MGM GRand Casinos (17 miles) and Mohegan Sun Casino an additional 15 minutes further on Route 2 and 40 minutes to the mansions and harbor of Newport, R.I.

The Unique Benefits at this House
It is a lovely residential neighborhood in Misquamicut. It's a few steps to a serene beach at the Watch Hill end of Misquamicut. We love to spend the day at the beach or relaxing on our deck with golf course and water views.The sunsets are magnificent from the deck and views from practically every window and seating area in the house. Lots of light in the house.
