It's true.."Heaven IS a little bit closer in a House by the Sea", and our house offers views of the ocean, the pond and the renowned Misquamicut Golf Course. The house is about 100 steps to the Atlantic Ocean, and a few more steps to a beautiful barrier beach in Misquamicut that stretches one and half miles to the tony harbor village of Watch Hill.
There are three bedrooms, two bedrooms with twin beds, one bedroom with two full size beds. Two large bedrooms offer water views, and the third bedroom is very cozy and the best room for sleeping late. All the rooms are on the main floor and include one full bath, and a half bath in the Master Bedroom.
When you get back from the beach, there is a very large enclosed shower and dressing room, with 1/2 bath and oversized Washer & Dryer downstairs in the garage area.
The 14x22 kitchen offers updated appliances, multiple work areas, and everything you need for entertaining, including a table that seats 8-10 people. The kitchen flows into a spacious living room with two seating areas. There are French doors that provide access to a three-season room that opens to a 15' x 40' deck. The deck offers water views, tables and chairs, chaises, and of course, plenty of sun and sunsets.
If you need to slip away for some quiet time for some shade, there's an outdoor roomy area under the deck with chairs that comes complete with multiple bird houses and beautiful flowers, and of course a great big yard for the kids to play in.
Only minutes from Mystic and Foxwoods (14 miles) and Mohegan Sun (23 miles) casinos in CT. and 40 minutes to the mansions and harbor of Newport, R.I.
