This gorgeous condo was totally remodeled from the lanai to the bedroom balconies by Island Life Construction of Ft. Myers Beach in 2009. Completely new kitchen, appliances, bathrooms, large tiles on the diagonal, moldings and doors and even the slider doors and window. Granite tops in the kitchen and baths.
Located in Building "D" on the 5th floor which includes magnificent views of the Gulf and back bay areas. You will enjoy an "under the building" parking spot (46) next to the elevator. Your car stays out of the sun and you are protected from the occasional afternoon shower as you take your groceries and packages up to your condo.
The area has world class shopping at Coconut Mall, Miramar Outlet Mall and The Outlets at Sanibel near the causeway. Publix grocery is at Bonita Beach Rd and #41. All so close.
Lover's Key State Park is just a stone's throw away and offers all kinds of recreational activities and rentals.

The bedrooms have views of the back bay. Both have new sliding doors when opened creates a nice sea breeze throughout the condo. The balconies connect and are furnished with chairs and ottomans. Great for reading that book you have wanted to finish. Sunbathing too!
Linens are included as are bath towels and beach towels. All kinds of beach stuff can be found in the twin room closet; noodles, sand chairs, toys and even a boogie board.
The dining area is tastefully furnished with an updated table, chairs that blend with the other Florida-style pieces.
The Bonita Beach Club is the premier condo complex on Bonita Beach.
There is a lush, manicured, tropical courtyard with flowers, fountains, walkways, paths, a new fitness room, tennis court, billiard room, social rooms, library and shuffle board. Enjoy the heated 80 foot pool with a Tiki Bar with ice machine, refrigerator, bathrooms and changing area. Oh, I almost forgot--There is a new fishing pier for guest use. No license required on private property.

I choose to buy at the Bonita Beach Club because it's beautifully maintained. It's so private because it's at the end of the beach and is the next door neighbor to Lover's Key State Park.
