This beautiful 2 bedroom villa has been totally updated with fresh paint and mexican tile. In addition it features a hard to find second half bath. Enjoy the morning sun on the east facing patio with a magnificent view of the Santa Rita mountains. The patio features a brand new gas grill, patio table with umbrella, chimnea and even a lemon tree. In the afternoon you can retire to the shade of the arched entranceway.
The living room features a leather sectional, Queen Anne chair and flat screen tv. In the kitchen you will find both a dishwasher and full size refrigerator. The master bedroom has a wrought iron queen bed with brand new pillowtop mattress. The second bedroom is set up like a den with sofa bed and lazy boy. This is a perfect place to escape and read a book when your spouse is watching football! There is a bathroom off of both bedrooms.

We just returned home from a 5 night stay in this Villa while we visited our son and daughter-in-law who own a villa nearby. The place is charming, clean, well-furnished, and close just about every amenity one needs. The owners were easy to work with and seemed to want to do whatever they could to make our stay extra special! And extra special indeed it was!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+.

The listing and photos accurately reflected our rental. It was clean and well maintained. The complex is ongoingly well maintained . Owner very helpful. Conveniences nearby are an asset ( Walgreens, library, Safeway) Loved the outdoor market on Wednesdays !
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+.

Liz is charming, and an easy to work with landlord. Villa is small, but nicely furnished and very convienient in the heart of Green Valley. Pictures are accurate. Pet friendly a plus for us. Stayed 2 months, and would have stayed longer except we bought a place of our own.

We found the casita to be very comfortable and well furnished. It is in a great location with nice areas to walk and shopping nearby. Membership in the GVR is available for a charge and is well worth the price for all the activities offered.

Very nice villa with Santa Rita mountains as a view in the East. Accomodations were all that we were expecting and we will certainly plan on another stay sometime in the future.

We stayed almost a week in this Villa which was very comfortable and clean. It is centrally located to most everything in Green Valley. The Villa has some modern features and the owners were very easy to work with. Thumbs up!
