  I have been renting in PCB for about 20 years and this is the first time I've posted a review like this. When we were in the process of renting, Alison was quick to respond and very helpful, but that changed after we paid our rent. We had two issues after we got there that we asked Alison to help with. Neither one was resolved. The day after we arrived, it was raining cats and dogs so I emailed Alison later in our stay to ask if we could rent an extra day. The unit was not rented the next day. After not hearing back from her one way or the other, I called and had to leave a voice message. She never gave me an answer either way, which basically left us hanging until the last possible moment when we just had to pack up on the fly and leave. Checkout time was 10 am but the cleaning crew kept coming to the door over and over again starting before 9am. Also, there was black mold on the bathroom ceiling. The temperature was in the 40s during the evenings, but the pool heater did not get turned on, so swimming wasn't an option at all. When we asked Alison to speak to the condo about the cold pool, she said she would see what she could do. Then we never heard from her again. The pool did not get heated. The advertisements about wifi and unlimited DVDs were a bit deceptive, in my opinion. The wifi is not available inside of the unit. You actually have to go down to the lobby and use the condo building wifi. If you don't ask for the code, you will find yourself having to wait until the condo business hours (9-5) before you can use the wifi. If you have things to do that require internet access on the evening you arrive, you could be out of luck until the next day unless you arrive during business hours. The DVDs are only available for checkout/in during business hours, and only one at a time. The DVD machine is automated similarly to a Redbox, so it's hard to understand why they lock it up after 5. I can't imagine a big demand for renting movies during the day when people want to be at the beach, not in the office picking out movies. The property was nice and the lobby was beautiful.

  Love staying at Sterling Breeze...loved the unit...had a great time the week ending 6/26/2010...Hope to stay there again next year...close enough to Pier Park to walk if you want...Close to Winn Dixie Pizza Hut also across the street for convenience if you do not want to go out.Beach was beautiful and not as crowded as some areas because the units on either side of Sterling Breeze are 2 story complexes..

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

  I recently returned from Panama City, and Sterling Breeze. I really enjoyed this property and would highly recommend it! Pier Park was very close,( I walked there several times) lots of nice shopping. Winn-Dixie is about two blocks away, and Dusty's Oyster Bar is across the street, delicious , affordable food with lots local color! I can't wait to go back!

  Our family stayed here June 09, this condo is very spacious, we had plenty of room. It was decorated very nice. We loved the pool and lobby! I have never seen a weight room so nice at a condo. The night security was great also. The owner was so nice to work with, thanks to her our family was able to have a great time on our vacation. Thanks, Nancy
