This condo is situated in the heart of it all, walk to shops and restaurants, or rent a car across the street to explore the rest of the island – be sure to visit Rum Point. This unit has recently been renovated, and no expense was spared in its remodel. From cutlery to furniture, this condo has top of the line everything - Luxury On The Beach. Located directly on the best spot on Seven Mile Beach. Close to shops, restaurants, and anything else you want to do. This beach is one of the best on the island.

Words From The Owners: It is difficult to put into words, but this condo that we have redone, truly is our escape from the real world with everything you could every want. The condo itself can be summed up in two words 'Attention to Detail'- OK, that was actually three words.

Perfect For A Couple Or A Family With Kids: The unit is laid out in such away that you feel 'At Home'. A couple will enjoy the full open concept on the main floor and the large master bedroom with a door directly to the bathroom. If you bring the kids, we have three of our own, the other bedrooms give you the extra space. The one bedroom is setup for movies and video games, but you also have the large 42' LCD on the main floor for the family to enjoy a movie night.

A Day At The Beach: A typical day at the beach for us, involves going down in the morning (you have the option of catching the shadow off the building while laying on the beach) and relaxing by the beach. Take in a swim or go for a walk along the beach. Head up for lunch when the sun is the strongest, or talk someone into bringing lunch down.

If you had to go back yourself for lunch, relax on the patio, with the fan running and the music in the back ground. Then head down to he pool, some may stay on the patio overlooking the pool. Then we all head back to the beach for a swim and many times stay late enough to watch the sun set. And now back for food again we go.

This is our home away from home. We are looking for guests that will treat our home as they would like others to treat theirs.

  • My family and I stayed at Cayman Reef Resort #56 for 7 days the middle of July 2009. The condo is beautiful! We could not have asked for a nicer place to stay. The condo is located near to the restaurants and shopping. Mark has done a wonderful job renovating the condo. We loved the ipod connection in the kitchen-we played our music throughout the house and patio! The condo was very clean the washer and dryer came in handy. Being so close to the beach was great! We are looking forward to staying here again very soon!!!

From the minute we arrived until the last trip through your front door, we felt at home. You have gone to great detail and organization to provide everything possible to the condo, unlike many other condos that we have stayed in. You had it all!! The condo is absolutely beautiful and full of high end features. Even though I had to work a bit while on vacation, your home office made my tella-commute back to the US such a relief.   • The unit was tremendous...very elegant and updated. Marc is very detailed about his condo and its amenities. Everyting you could need...from towels, to blenders to computer to video games...I especially like that we were able to plug our Ipod in and have music throughout the entire house. This was my third time to Grand Cayman and the second time I stayed at the Cayman Reef Resort (1st time in this unit) and it was one of the best vacations we ever had. Marc is extremely easy t work with and very accomodating...we will be back!

  • My family and I stayed in #56 over Spring break. We had a wonderful time, mostly because of the accomodations. The beach was beautiful, the water a perfect temperature. The pool was very convenient, uncrowded and also a perfect temperature. We have never spent so much time in the water on a vacation. We enjoyed Stingray City (a lot) and the Turtle Farm. Grocery shopping was easy as they carried many of the exact brands that we have at home. We ate all breakfasts in the condo and many of our lunchs, but went out for dinner on most nights at great restaurants...most of them on the water. Best of all was the condo. Clean, modern, well equipped and conveniently located. It even had the necessary bed and toys for our 16 month old granddaughter. We were lucky to be able to meet Marc and his brother Michael who were working on another condo. They were very friendly and helpful during our stay...Thank you, Marc! We hope to be back next year.

There was 6 adults and we all stayed at #56 together. This unit was great. It was exactly the way the pictures showed and had everything you could think of or need for your vacation. We were there for a week. No problems with the unit. The Cayman Reef Resort is a wonderful place to stay with a pool and beach and you are located right in the middle of Seven Mile Beach, so walking to places is no problem. The owner was very professional and easy to contact and get informration about the unit and doing all the business work. No problems at all. I would recommend this unit to anyone and we probably will go back!! The unit was very clean and tidy and updated with great style and technology!

  • We love Cayman, and your unit was perfect. It was just like home, actually even better. Anything we ever needed was in the unit. The attention to detail was truly appreciated, thank you Marc for allowing to stay in your unit. Our best day trip was when we rented the sail boat, thanks again Marc for the idea, it was one we will always remember. Our best place to east was the Light House. The location of the resort was perfect, being directly on the beach and still being able to walk to shops, restaurants and grecery stores was ideal.

  • I was in the caymans 2 years ago and stayed at the reef resort#56. The condo was so relaxing and enjoyable and ver well maintained. It had all of the ammenities and more to enjoy my stay. The pool was amazing and of course the beach which is beautiful. I will absolutely be back to stay at #56. I could not stop talking about this place to my friends. I would very highly recommend everyone to stay there.

  • Marc, We had a fantastic visit to your piece of paradise. I took 2 of my kids and we had a wonderful 2 weeks! I felt safe on the Island, the accomodations were brilliant. The manager of the complex was super nice too. It was wonderfully clean and up scale. The kitchen and bathrooms and bedrooms had everything you could possibly dream of not to mention the living room with the computer and satellite/dvd. I'd love to have stayed longer. I'm looking forward to our next visit! Andrea

Been to a few other Islands but I always love coming back to 7 mile beach and I make it a point when I visit its to your condo. The added quality and personal touches you just dont see in many condos I love it. I truly recommend Staying here for couples or family who like just the little extras in life.
