Thoughtfully furnished, very clean, and located on a quiet side street, we were a few yards from one of the Vineyard's wonderful paved bike paths. We left our car in the driveway and daily biked: around the island, to the beach, to Morning Glory Farm and into Edgartown as needed for groceries. Took a tiny ferry over to Chappy, and biked around that island. A wonderfully relaxing time. The home is not large, but has 2 very adequate bedrooms and a sofa bed if needed. The kitchen and linen closet were well stocked, and there was even a lovely gift basket of snacks placed on the dining table for our enjoyment. We honestly can't think of anything that we might have needed that wasn't already in place.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children.
