Problems Solved is a professionally designed, decorated and landscaped home with beach access 30 feet from the front door. The house is located at the corner of Beachside and Sandyshore Drives and across from beach walk over #1. The house has 1200 sf of wrap around porches from which one can enjoy the charm of Carillon Beach and the gulf breezes.

The first level has a large open floor plan, 10 foot ceilings, a large living area with a queen sized sleeper sofa, dining room, a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, pantry and separate laundry room. There is a bedroom with a queen sized bed and a full bath on the first floor.

The second floor has a master bedroom with a king sized bed. The bath has a separate shower and jacuzzi tub, two vanities and a walk in closet. Two additional bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed and one with a king sized bed are located on the second floor. All bedrooms open up to porches with views of the lake and the gulf.

The third floor is a large bonus room, approximately 18 x 30 feet, with views of Carillon roof tops, the lake and the gulf. The room is furnished with a queen sized sleeper sofa, TV, etc. - a great place for children to spread out and play/relax or a suitable retreat to escape the day's activities.

  • In our past stays at Carillon Beach we have always rented thru Carillon Beach Rentals, not direct from the owner. I was very nervous about this rental because there were few pictures and no address listed within Carillon (so we could not verify how close it was to the beach). What a truly wonderful surprise!! The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen had everything needed to prepare and serve a meal,it was much cleaner than any rental we have ever had, the bonus room was a great escape for the kids and the shed in back had all sorts of beach toys ready to go. Thank you for a wonderful vacation stay!!!

    We had a perfect Easter break! The house is gorgeous, beautifully decorated, steps from the beach, and the beds are so comfy! We will definately keep Problems Solved on our list for future stays at Carillon.
