The perfect rental for your beach vacation. Recently updated with modern, new furnishings in the living area. Also, both bathrooms have new ceramic tiled showers, floors, and new mirrors and light fixtures.
Beautifully decorated 2 BR/2BA condo overlooking The Gulf and the beautiful white sand beach. Conveniently located across the street from a large shopping center with three grocery stores (Publix, Winn Dixie, and Wal Mart Marketplace) & a CVS Drugstore. There is also an emergency medical facility and walk in doctor's office, liquor stores, gift boutiques, bait and tackle shop, a dollar store and more.
A variety of restaurants including seafood, Italian, Chinese, Pizza, BBQ, subs, deli and fast food. All within walking distance. There are many other restaurants from fast food to fine dining just a short drive away.
Tastefully decorated in Tropical Decor with a Spacious, Open Floor Plan. There is a 40" Flat Screen TV in the Living Area which has a Queen Sofa Sleeper for additional guests. Sliding doors open onto our Large, Private Balcony facing the gulf. The balcony has glass tempered rails and offers an Unobstructed View of The Gulf and the beautiful beach. This condo is on the sixth floor of an eight story building with a magnificent view from the Living Room, Kitchen, and Master Bedroom in addition to the balcony.
The kitchen is fully stocked and has a Full Size Stove, Refrigerator, Microwave and Dishwasher. The dining area table seats four and the breakfast bar seats two.
The master bedroom, with adjoining bathroom, has a King Bed, Flat Screen TV and DVD Player, and sliding glass doors that open on to the balcony facing The Gulf. The guest bedroom is equipped with Twin Beds and also has a TV and DVD Player. The guest bathroom has a Walk In Shower.
The laundry room with washer and dryer has shelving for additional storage during your stay.

This low density building has 47 units resulting in plenty of room for everyone beachfront and at the pool. There is a boardwalk with a shower for easy access to and from the beach. There are chaise lounges provided for relaxing at the pool. In season, there are chairs to rent at the beach.

Thank you Kathy SO MUCH for sharing your beautiful condo in Orange Beach with our family! We had a fabulous time! The weather was terrific, the location of the condo is absolutely perfect (we will never stay anywhere else). Loved popping across the street for a frozen yogurt and a quick run through the Walmart market for a pair of sunglasses. The condo was immaculate and decorated beautifully. The neighbors were terrific and we loved eating breakfast on the balcony every morning watching the boats and waves. We will definitely be calling you soon to book our summer vacation! Thanks so much for working with us, especially since it was so last minute! It was a terrific get away!

We had a PERFECT vacation at this condo! The pictures accurately depict the condo. It has a very convenient location, right across the street from a Walmart market, restaurants, liquor stores, and many novelty shops. The Orange Beach area offers many activities for all ages! We have vacationed in Destin, Florida many times and found there was just as much to do in Orange Beach and it wasn't nearly as crowded! Beautiful white beaches with many water activities and land activites. We took in a concert at the Wharf-GREAT TIME!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway.

My husband & I along with my son and his girlfriend enjoyed our stay at Silver Beach. The condo is well decorated and plenty of room for the 4 of us. The room is just high enough to have a wonderful view and we did see dolphins 3 of the days there. The walk to the beach is just what we wanted, it is not too far. We plan to return next year and this September if we can get away. Loved it and being across from the shopping center is such a plus!!!!
Recommended for:Families with young children, age 55+, girls getaway.

We had a perfect four days in Orange Beach! The weather and the beach was beautiful. The condo was so nice and cheery and in a great location...there is nothing better than having your morning coffee on the balcony watching the waves. Booking the stay with Kathy could not have been easier and we are already planning another trip for next May. One night we had dinner at Wintzell's Oyster House, and we all agreed it was very good, especially the fried shrimp and shrimp & crab dip.....yum! Would definately recommend this property to a friend!!
