This property is one we will continue to come back to. This is our 8th Spring break at Silver Beach and 2nd time at this condo. The location is ideal in many ways. All types of shopping, restaurants as well as fun activities near. Dolphin cruises,deep sea fishing,in shore fishing and para sailing. The condo is comfortable and welcoming in many ways. The color of the paint throughout the condo, the furniture, and bedrooms. The bathrooms were recently remodeled, beautiful! It's clean and very well maintained. The view is wonderful, sitting on the balcony watching the sun rise and set over the ocean and seeing the dolphin jump, Wow! I would recommend this property to my family and friends. The property owner is very helpful and will answer any questions or concerns you may have.

The Condo was Perfect!!! It had everything we needed. The beds slept wonderful. Loved keeping the balcony doors open in the master bedroom at night and listening to the ocean. Will for sure rent from Kathy again. She was great and very patience with us as this was the first time we went through VRBO. The condo was very clean and well maintained. I will be recomending this to my family and friends.

The Condo was exactly as depicted in the Ads we accessed. It was clean and right on the beach. We loved every minute of our stay. It is so bright and colorful and just made us feel good. We enjoyed walking on the beach and also enjoyed the backcountry trails; as well as playing golf on the local municipal par 3 course and the links course in Foley. Some of the restaurants we enjoyed were Doc's; Cosmos; Duck's Diner (by the par 3 golf course); King Neptune in Gulf Shores; Lulu's in Gulf Shores and TinTop in Gulf Shores. (We ate out a lot!) We would definitely recommend this facility to our friends and relatives. We enjoyed a couple of jaunts to Pensacola. We saw the Circus there and went to the Greyhound races. Rav movie theater is in Orange Beach so we saw several movies.

Thank you Kathy SO MUCH for sharing your beautiful condo in Orange Beach with our family! We had a fabulous time! The weather was terrific, the location of the condo is absolutely perfect (we will never stay anywhere else). Loved popping across the street for a frozen yogurt and a quick run through the Walmart market for a pair of sunglasses. The condo was immaculate and decorated beautifully. The neighbors were terrific and we loved eating breakfast on the balcony every morning watching the boats and waves. We will definitely be calling you soon to book our summer vacation! Thanks so much for working with us, especially since it was so last minute! It was a terrific get away!

This is a beautiful beachfront condo that exceeded our expectations. The condo is even better than the pictures. Great Gulf views from the kitchen, living room, and master bedroom. The condo is newly remodeled and very clean. It has a great contemporary beachy decor. I love to cook and the kitchen had everything we needed. We ate all of our meals on the balcony and enjoyed the view (we even saw dolphins). We stayed with our two young children and spent our days on the beautiful white powder sand beach and at the beach side pool. The outdoor shower is a definite plus-especially when staying with kids. The condo is right across the street from grocery stores, walmart, and several restaurants. We were a very short drive to miniature golf, go carts, and a water park. We took the kids on a sunset boat cruise and saw a bunch of dolphins that came within a couple feet of the boat. My husband loved the golf courses. Our favorite restaurants were Tacky Jack's and Cosmo's. The owner was a pleasure to work with and gave us great recommendations for our weeklong stay. This is a great condo in a great location for friendly, family, and romantic getaways. We will definitely be back and wouldn't even think of staying anywhere else. Thanks Kathy!

We had a PERFECT vacation at this condo! The pictures accurately depict the condo. It has a very convenient location, right across the street from a Walmart market, restaurants, liquor stores, and many novelty shops. The Orange Beach area offers many activities for all ages! We have vacationed in Destin, Florida many times and found there was just as much to do in Orange Beach and it wasn't nearly as crowded! Beautiful white beaches with many water activities and land activites. We took in a concert at the Wharf-GREAT TIME!

My husband & I along with my son and his girlfriend enjoyed our stay at Silver Beach. The condo is well decorated and plenty of room for the 4 of us. The room is just high enough to have a wonderful view and we did see dolphins 3 of the days there. The walk to the beach is just what we wanted, it is not too far. We plan to return next year and this September if we can get away. Loved it and being across from the shopping center is such a plus!!!!

We had a perfect four days in Orange Beach! The weather and the beach was beautiful. The condo was so nice and cheery and in a great location...there is nothing better than having your morning coffee on the balcony watching the waves. Booking the stay with Kathy could not have been easier and we are already planning another trip for next May. One night we had dinner at Wintzell's Oyster House, and we all agreed it was very good, especially the fried shrimp and shrimp & crab dip.....yum! Would definately recommend this property to a friend!!

Went here for spring break and we had a terrific time! Great condo, beautifully decorated and well taken care of! The view is spectacular, we saw dolphins every day. Location to tons of other places was perfect. Took the girls horseback riding and kayaking, had a wonderful family vacation. The owners were so easy to work with. Highly recommend this location for your next vacation!

Beautifully decorated and very clean. It's even nicer than the pictures show! Loved how close the condo is to the water. Amazing views from the balcony, living room, and master bedroom. Location is great with grocery stores and many restaurants nearby. The owners were very helpful and great to work with. My husband and I spent a week here in the Fall 0f 2010 and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Beautiful uncrowded beaches without a rainy day. The condo was spacious and just right for us-we walked to the grocery store and had short drives to other fun places. We found the condo clean, well-equipped, and perfect for our needs. The owner answered all our questions and followed up on our visit when we returned home. We hope to be beach bound again soon and will definitely choose this property if available.

Just back from a relaxing week on the beach in a beautiful condo. You could not ask for more!!!! The owners were so nice and helpful and the beach was gorgeous even if the oil was coming in. The workers worked every day keeping the beach clean. We enjoyed eating at several restaurants, the seafood is still wonderful!!!!! We would wake up each morning with a cup of coffee on the balcony listening to the sound of the ocean and go to bed each night with our sliding glass door open to continue to hear the sound of the ocean!!!!!!!! We had a wonderful week and encouraged anyone else to go and enjoy!!!!!!!

This was our first time at Orange Beach and the owners of this condo help make it a wonderful trip. First of all they worked with us on the price, gave us a great deal and even threw in a free night since it was available. They made sure we had contact numbers in case of problems and they were available to ask any questions we needed during our stay. I cannot say enough about the sellers and the condo was just as great. Very spacious rooms, never felt crowded at all. This condo has such a great view of the ocean from the kitchen, living room and master bedroom. Everyday we opened the glass doors leading out to the balcony to enjoy the sounds of the ocean and every night we opened the doors leading to the bedroom to also hear the sounds of the ocean to sleep by at night. This condo is probably as close to the ocean as allowed. Sitting on the balcony every morning was a treat and relaxing. From the balcony, she can watch people enjoying the activities and you can also see the dolphins. We enjoyed adventure land with our daughter right down the road from the condo. They have games, miniature golf and go-carts. If you are looking for a great place to stay for a great price and excellent location, call these owners, you will not be disappointed!!!

Nice, clean unit in great location! Enjoy the views from the balcony, walk downstairs and jump in the pool or walk right on to the white sandy beach. Convenient to everything - grocery store across the street, restaurants close & plenty of great golf courses nearby. Perfect spot for your next family vacation or golf getaway!

So I have stayed at this location a couple of times and it never disappoints. In fact, I even changed my vacation dates to adjust for its availability. The unit is nicely decorated, and clean. It feels like a home away from home. My favorite part is waking up to the sounds of the ocean and escaping to the balcony any chance I get for some much needed relaxation and a little dolphin watching. I like the peace and quiet and my boyfriend likes the flat screen TV. Pool area is great and you are steps from the beach. All you need is sunscreen and a swimsuit and you're set. Already planning my next trip.

My family stayed at this condo and it was wonderful. I was a little concerned as we've never rented a condo for our vacation and usually stay in hotels. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. Views from the balcony were amazing. My husband and I spent hours out there every evening once our son went to bed. It was a delight seeing dolphins and sting rays-all from the comfort of our own balcony. We were able keep the slider door open to hear the gulf while sleeping in the comfy bed in the master bedroom. Kitchen is fully stocked as promised. The condo building isn't too large compared to many in the area so there were always chairs available at the pool and plenty of beach to relax without being right next to someone else. A grocery store was across the street with a few other stores in the same complex. There are plenty of good places to eat without going more than a couple of miles. It was the perfect vacation. I can't wait to go back!

This condo is beautifully furnished and has all the cookware and beautiful dishes you could possibly need. Right on the beach. Within walking distance is two large grocery stores, a pharmacy, a dollar store, and even an urgent care clinic. Several restaurants across the street. A short drive to the Wharf where you will find a movie theater, shopping, eating, etc. I always stay in this location, but this is the first time I have rented this particular condo. I hope to rent it again in the future.
