Right next to the Arizona Biltmore Resort & Spa. We provide our guests with access to the Resort and all of its amenities. You will probably enjoy staying here more than the Hotel due to the peace and quiet, not to mention the room! There is no suite as large as this at the resort. You'll be comfortable and you will feel right at home in this new condo. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you could think of! This Beautifully Decorated Condo sits right on the Adobe Golf course. The views here are the Best in the area because of how this unit is situated. It's on the very end, right next door to Paul Harvey's house, providing privacy and easy access.

- Elevator : Elevators are only shared by a few units, making wait times very short, if any at all. Close to front door for convenience, yet far enough away for the utmost of privacy.

- Off Street Parking : Guests can park on the street and walk into complex through gates. Someone must meet them to let them in with a security card which is needed to open secure gates.

- Convertible Bed : 3rd Bedroom has a Trundle Bed (2 twins) that pop up into a Queen. This bed may be switched out with another bed, depending on length of stay and availability.

We are from the Chicago Area. We live close by the Biltmore & we and can meet you at almost any time to show you the condo. We are never far away, so if there is anything that you need just let us know. We will make arrangements needed for you to feel at home! The Resort is very close, right across the small street that runs through the area. Excellent area to walk, bike, hike or just sit on the patio & enjoy the views.

We stayed at this condo for an extra week in May because it wasn't booked.... and we enjoyed ourselves so much we couldn't bear to leave! True but actually, my sister who lives in the area found this condo, she previewed it & reserved it for us when I was in town to see some doctors at Mayo. We most definitely would recommend this particular condo to friends and family alike. BTW- it's right next door to Paul Harvey's house... we really enjoyed our evening walks through the Biltmore while looking at the Beautiful Mansions along the way. The entire area is 1st class and such a joy to stay here no matter what your reason for visiting may be. I esp appreciated the privacy of being an end unit when I wasn't feeling well. It's easy access from the front door to the elevators to the parking garage. Very convenient.
