Privacy, sound of the waves, nature sight seeing from the home (can see pelicans, whales, dolphins, foxes, deer, and all types of birds).
The white water view of the ocean is spectacular.
The Unique Benefits of this Home
The back yard area is like a nature preserve overlooking the ocean. It is serene and peaceful. Barbeques are very special with such a great ambiance similar to being in Italy or France. It is a great place to unwind, relax, read, walk to the beach, barbeque or cook a gourmet meal in the incredible kitchen with Viking stove, SubZero refrig, 2 dish washers, etc. Or jump in the car to have delicious lunch or dinner within 2 or 3 minutes. Golf is only 3 minutes from the house at Seascape golf course. Famous Pasa Tiempo Country Club, designed by Allister McKenzie (designed Cypress Point; GreenHills Country Club; etc.) is only 10 minutes North. Great seafood is found in Monterey and Carmel which is about 30 minutes south. The Monterrey Aquarium is a must see. Big Sur is phenomenal if you have a couple of days to visit. It is like Capri in Italy with majestic scenery of mountains and ocean. San Francisco is only 1 hour 15 minutes North with Fishermans Wharf and Alcatraz fun destinations. Santa Cruz has excellent wineries for wine tastings.
