Beautiful romantic hideaway for two or cozy cottage for four to six. We are located in the historic village of Corona del Mar. It is one block from Newport Bay and three blocks from the Corona Del Mar beaches, plus within walking distance of children's parks and the village restaurants. Fashion Island is just a mile away.

This property is a restored 1927 "kit home" that you could order from the Sears catalog and construct in a weekend, of course it wasn't. It is lovely and private and has one thousand square feet with a living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has TWO twin beds. All linens are provided, with down comforters and pillows, as well as all your towels. The living room has a sofa bed. This is our own comfotable home that we share with our new friends when we are away.
I know you don't want to cook, but if you do, the kitchen is updated in the vintage style with all the modern conveniences to assist the gourmet cook in you. Several markets, including Bristol Farms, Trader Joe's, Albertsons, and Pavilions are close . We have a gas barbecue in the front yard for private outdoor dinning. The plumbing, electricity and heating are new and updated . A shared front loading washer and dryer is in the garage for our guests use.
In case there is an allergy problem in your family , we do have down comforters and pillows and a family guest dog that sometimes visits, this may not be for you.....

For larger groups there is a separate "studio" apartment for two, with a queen hideabed, a kitchenette and 3/4 bath. This is available at an extra fee and is rented with the house only.

We had a great time at this perfect little beach house. The beach is really just steps away and the cooking and barbeque facilities were easy and convenient. Lots of little luxuries we didn't expect. We really only needed our bathing suits as our hostess said.

Wonderful stay, perfect for our family. The kitchen is very user friendly for the size and the outside eating area was great. Really only steps to the beach. Very Charming.
