The home is easily accessible to nearby attractions, including five golf courses minutes away and a total of ten within a 30-mile radius. The Harrisville Marina is one of the best on the East Coast of Michigan. A boat launch is available adjacent to the Marina and there is a second, smaller launch seven miles to the North at Black River.
This open-style home was designed to take full advantage of the gorgeous morning sunrises and the beautiful lake views from every room through exceptionally large, unobstructed windows. It is a perfect setting and arrangement for a large family.
The first floor has a spacious living room with natural-stone fireplace and entertainment center, a dining room that seats eight with an open kitchen and breakfast bar, full bath, main floor laundry room, plus an enclosed sun porch with six, sliding, glass doors and full screens.
The three bedrooms, all with exceptional views of the lake, are on the second level; one with a queen-size bed, and the other two with two twin beds each. The loft area has two additional twin beds.
