Summit County, Colorado is home to some of the best skiing in North America. With 7 major ski areas, it makes for a fantastic experience for skiers, snowboarders, or those who just want to get away and enjoy the scenic beauty while hiking, biking, fishing or just sitting and relaxing on the patio, enjoying a view of the mountains.
Our 3 bedroom/2 bath condo is located in Dillon, Colorado, just minutes from Keystone, Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Vail and others. It is near the Summit Stage bus route for easy transportation to and from the ski areas without the parking hassle. Hiking trails in the forest are just a short distance away, or if you prefer biking, there are miles of paved trail nearby. Cross country skiing and snowshoeing are also available in Frisco and Silverthorne. Many restaurants, coffee shops and shopping at the Outlet Mall are a nice break from the slopes.
Nearby Lake Dillon features spectacular views and outdoor concerts on summer weekends. There is also a number of regattas on the lake during the summer. Whatever time of year you choose, you will find many things to see and do for all ages.

Our long weekend at this condo was perfect! It was up to date, nicely furnished and well-equipped. It was great to have the bunkbed room for the kids (and thanks for providing toys and games for them to play with!). And the other two bedrooms were great for the adults. The kitchen was super-well-equipped and even stocked with some groceries. The living room was comfy for watching movies (thanks for providing so many movies) and for watching TV and for napping. And we got good use out of the dining room table for playing all kinds of games. We took advantage of the pool and hot tub and game room at the clubhouse--very nice to have that opportunity. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

The owner, Mark, was very responsive and provided complete and detailed information at every step. The condo was what we were looking for - roomy (for a party of 4), inexpensive and close the ski resorts we wanted to visit.

Very comfortable--everything we needed to enjoy a good week of family skiing. We've rented a lot, and comfortable beds and a big table are tops on our list. This condo was perfect.

Very comfortable and clean! 2 adults, 2 seniors and 2 teenagers thought this place was great! Great location in the middle of everything and lots of things for the teenagers to do at the clubhouse. We definitely recommend this condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed the time at the condo. Convenient place with access to everything, beautiful scenery. The condo itself was well kept and very comfortable (we had 8 people and a puppy at one point). Would go there again in an instant.

The condo was in GREAT condition - very comfortable stay with all amenities you could need/want for a mountain stay! Updated unit had a great layout and nice full size kitchen. Yes - we certainly will recommend the condo to friends/family.
