Recently renovated 2BR/2BA unit on the fifth floor of Sterling Sands, a popular low-rise condo located in the heart of Destin. This building is usually sold-out in the spring and summer and is a favorite with many repeat guests.
This tropical inspired unit has a new, well-equipped kitchen complete with gorgeous granite counters. A mirrored wall in the kitchen allows you to enjoy the ocean view while cooking.
Your ocean view dining and living rooms seat six comfortably. Enjoy the new dining table for the times when you decide to eat at home. There are 9' ceilings in the unit and tile extends through the living area. There is a large, flat screen television with VCR/DVD in the living room along with a stereo system for your enjoyment. Books are provided for your reading pleasure.
The master boasts a king bed with a television and DVD/VCR. The second bedroom has bunk beds with a lower double and twin on top. There is a television, DVD/VCR and stereo. Each bathroom has new, fresh towels and each bed has new 400 thread count linens.
There is new carpet in the bedrooms and new fixtures in the bathrooms.
At the end of the day, watch the beautiful sunsets on your new outdoor furniture on the ocean front deck. Enjoy the sunrise as you sip your morning coffee. Your deck provides you with an excellent view of the pool area, also. There are grills on-site for your use as well as a large patio area for large groups to dine al fresco. Beachside service including chair/umbrella rental and kayak/boogie board rental is available on your 380' of private beach. A new beachside exercise room is available for the fitness buff in the family!
Destin offers an endless array of restaurant choices for casual and fine dining. Sterling Sands is minutes away from Silver Sands outlet mall for the bargain hunter in your party. Destin Commons is also nearby and features restaurants, specialty stores and a RAVE movie theater. Many championship golf courses are nearby along with opportunities for deep sea fishing and water craft rental.
