We purchased this brand new condo in place of staying at hotels while on business. It is our second home away from home. We hope you find it as enjoyable to stay in as we do! It has everything that you could desire, dishwasher, microwave, full kitchen, and a washer and dryer in the den.
Our clients have found this to be a very suitable condo, and have enjoyed the amenities that it has to offer!

My thanks to Maryann for making Christmas 2010 easy and so special. When relatives came to town, and we needed a place to have Christmas, this condo seemed like a Godsend. Working with Maryann to book and prepare our 4 night stay was oh-so-easy, and even fun. She bent over backwards to make sure all my questions were answered, and that the place was perfect for what we needed. Everything about this condo is "as advertised", but so much more. The condo is exquisitely decorated, immaculately clean, well stocked, and homey. Its location is easy to get to, and is 1/2 a block away from a whole host of amenities (including grocery store!!). It was like being in the most luxurious of hotels, but with the comforts of home. We would recommend this property (and have!) to anyone!!! Thanks again to Maryann.

WOW! WOW! WOW! The Condo was amazing! What a treat! You really have a little gem there! The field across the street was a wonderful opportunity for our son to learn to fly his first Kite! We were very impressed! It made what would have been a 'trying trip' with our 2 year old son in a hotel, into a wonderful experience for us all and one we will never forget! We will definitely contact you again when our travels take us to Calgary! Grocery store is a couple blocks away, as is starbucks, laundry in suite, clean, and just as the photo's described! Perfect!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

Friends and I stayed at this condo from Sept 7-14/09. The condo and contents are well maintained and clean. It is in close proximity to a grocery store, liquor store, and variety store. It is a perfect location if you are attending Spruce Meadows. Mary Ann is very pleasant to deal with. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed here during the 2009 World Skills Competition. The condo was immaculate with tons of features (High Speed Internet, Cable TV, Washer/Dryer, BBQ, etc.) It is also close to the C-Train to travel downtown. We had a very pleasant stay.
