My friends and I stayed here the weekend of New Years and we loved it. The house is great. We were even lucky enough to have great weather on new years day and got to sit on the outdoor deck and walk down the the beautiful private beach. The owner was also very accommodating. We contacted him only a few weeks before we wanted to stay there and he got back to us very quickly. A great experience overall. We all said we would love to go back in the summer!

Outstanding Residence

This home was sun-filled , spacious, and perfect for a special vacation. Attention was paid to all details - furnished beautifully and comfortably, quality towels and linens, pretty dishes, well-placed TVs , lovely pool and decking. We had a wonderful week. It was obvious that the owners loved their home and wanted their tenants to enjoy their stay.

Lovely Montauk getaway

Highly recommend this rental, which is very well maintained, super clean, well located and quite charming. We (two couples) stayed here over a weekend with quite subpar weather, but we still had lots of fun and really enjoyed the house. Easy walk to the beach, easy drive to key MTK attractions, nice kitchen, deck and living quarters for just hanging out. The owner is very responsive and easily accessible. This is a fantastic place and an excellent option for those who want the comforts of home in a vacation locale!

The owners of the property are courteous and friendly. The house is perfectly located- close to the main street and beach but far enough to be quiet. The beach is a short 5 minute walk away and is located on a non-crowded stretch. The house is beautifully decorated and clean and you will find everything you need. We had a fantastic time here and pretty sure no one will be disappointed with the awesome experience!

Wonderful Vacation

We rented this beautiful house last summer. I knew from the moment we opened the door we had found a fantastic place. It has all the comforts of home. Just bring your toothbrush and bathing suit. This house is very clean and decorated so comfortably. It's close to great restaurants and downtown Montauk yet off the beaten path. It is just a 4 minute walk to the fabulous beach and from the deck of the house you can see the ocean and hear the waves. We would like to thank the owner for being so nice and helpful. We would recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation and we hope to stay there again in summer 2011.

A Wonderful Week

We stayed with good friends and their two pooches for a week in mid-September. The house was everything we hoped it would be: modern, quiet, clean, beautifully appointed, private corner lot, easy access to both town and Hither Hills Park and a short drive to Amagansett & the Hamptons. BBQ, pool, spacious deck.... The owner is very friendly and was particularly helpful in suggesting some great dining experiences, as well as fishing locales and opportunities. We'd recommend the house for all seasons and all groups/families who are considerate and respectful of a beautiful property.

This house is awesome and has everything you'd need. The location and views are great. Convenient to town, beaches, shops etc... We stayed for 4 days in June and enjoyed every minute!

We loved this house. There was plenty of room and everything was in tip top shape---spotlessly clean too. We were close to the beach and town and enjoyed great views of the ocean from upstairs. Everyone was very pleasant to deal with. We'd recommend this house to anyone!
