Tucked in the Fairway Nine complex, this spacious, three level townhouse will sleep up to eight people. The entry shares a powder room, and down the stairs are two guests’ rooms – one a patriotic red/white/blue flavor with a queen bed and the other, twin beds and full bath in the hall for both. The master suite, down the hall, enjoys it’s own deck and great view.
From the entry, going up the stairs is a great room with magnificent working kitchen, with all the amenities, and a cozy kitchenette for breakfast dining. There’s easy access to the dining room, with a large dining table and seating for eight. Open to the living room space, you’re but a few steps to the huge sectional sofa where you can feast on a movie, after feasting on your meal.
And there’s another deck off the living room with BBQ, overlooking the golf course and mountain tops. You’ll certainly enjoy sitting out here in the summer. There is an open loft above the living room which can sleep two more bodies or it can be used as a “lofty office”.
And since you’re in Elkhorn, you have privileges for use of the pools, hot tubs, tennis courts and golf. And if you’re here in winter, you’re but moments from the ski mountains. Summer or winter, this is the place to rent!
