Nantucket is a perfect place to come relax, unwind, and breath in the fresh sea air.
Our house is centrally located mid-island, off the bike path. Surf side beach about 1.7 miles away and Miacomet Pond is under a mile away. Miacomet Pond is great for families, as there is a fresh water pond on one side and the ocean on the other. Town is just under a mile to the center of town, with restaurants, grocery and wine stores nearby.
We have a great back deck that is perfect for barbecuing and watching the sunsets. Our kids love to take showers in the outside shower after a long day at Miacomet Beach. Cozy living area to curl up after a day of sea and sand, in our recently updated home. Fully equipped kitchen with adjacent dining area that seats 8+.
The large master bedroom, second bedroom, and full bath are upstairs. The twin bedroom and bath on main floor.
Your family will leave with many happy memories.
