You will feel right at home in this enchanting oceanfront home with a private sandy beach and wonderful views, by day the open water and by night the beautiful sunsets. Sunbathe at the private beach, go for a refreshing swim in the ocean, snorkel and view the beautiful parrot fish, take a nap on the outdoor teak bed, dine at the tiki hut with wet bar overlooking the water and relax in the hot tub. There is a dock for your boat or just cast a line and catch fish to cook on the gas BBQ. The outdoor areas this house offers will keep everyone happy.
On the second floor you will find 2 lovely bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite marble bathroom with bidet and a second bedroom offers bunk beds plus a double bed. A fully equipped kitchen opens to the lovely living room and spacious outdoor terrace. You will love the tropical colors and decor featuring marble floors throughout. Downstairs there is another bedroom offering a queen bed and twin plus another bathroom, living room and kitchen area with sink, fridge and microwave. For your enjoyment the home is equipped with high speed wireless internet, gas BBQ, outdoor shower, plasma TV's, cable and DVD.
