Fourteen & Seventeen century Manor on 2.5 acres of superb landscaped garden.
The whole Manor has been restored to enjoy fully a modern standard of living combined with authentic historical charm with its old doors, authentic wood paneling, sculptures and ceiling paintings, stone, wood and tomettes (floor-tiles) floors, stone and wood fireplaces and above all the unique and spectacular wood staircase made in the 15th century in tree trunk parts.
The manor is exclusively furnished with genuine antiques.
Ground floor:
- Big living-room (100m2) with huge wood-burning fireplace in stone with a 17th century sculpture and ceiling paintings
- Kitchen is also the dining-room, 50m2, fully equiped and ornate
- Half bathroom
First floor:
- Master bedroom
- Bathroom (2 sinks, bidet and bathtub), renovated in Jan 09
Second floor:
- 17th century living-room (50 m2), big flat LCD TV
- 3 bedrooms
- small room with the foosball table (enjoy!)
- Library (collection of French and English books mainly on gardens)
Third floor:
- 2nd master bedroom decorated in white and yellow

- Bathroom (1 sink, 1 bathtub and 1 shower (this bathromm was created last summer).

In the garden which is my husband's hobby, you can smell the numerous flowers, particularly the white and pink various roses, listen to the small river crossing the garden, relax on the deckchairs or hammocks, or try the huge trampolin and play tennis table.
Next to the Manor, you can walk to the farm to buy fresh hot milk from the local cows.
You will love the authenticity of one of Normandy's last medieval (but very confortable and sunny) Manors!
Bikes: you can take ours!
Horseback riding: a ranch is only at 1 km away, wonderful to gallop in the huge Andaine forest next to Manor!
Table tennis in a separated small house in the garden!

-1.5 km: the Medieval town, Domfront, (classified as one of the loveliest of France), with all the food markets, cafés, internet café, tennis courts...
-15 km: "La Fosse Arthour": astonishing nature to visit, rock climbing and horse riding, restaurant.
-18 km: Bagnoles de l'Orne, Belle époque thermal spa town, casino, cinema, theatre, auction house, shopping, antique shops, restaurants, paddle boat on the lake, adventure park, swimming pool, tennis courts, golf (9 very nice wholes), miniature golf...
1H: Mont Saint Michel: incredible town and monastery in the middle of the sea...
