"Mo & Anita's" is a newly re-built 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom oceanfront home located within Surf City. Enjoy shopping, entertainment and dining on the quiet shores of Topsail Island.

Downstairs on the ground level, are 2 bedrooms with a common area living room great for additional guests or entertaining. Bedroom 1 on the oceanfront side has one double and one twin size bed with bedroom 2 having a twin/double bunk bed. The living room also shares a full common bath with the downstairs as well as access to a walkway directly to the beach.
Sliding glass doors allow access to the oceanfront deck and gazebo as well as private access directly to the beach.
Travel up the custom staircase to the first level where you will find the open living area, kitchen, dining area, half bath, and two additonal bedrooms. The dining area and living room are located on the oceanfront side, so your sure to bask in the ocean sun while relaxing on the couch or eating a hearty meal. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are located to the rear of the home, each with their own private bath and ample space for comfort and relaxation. Bedrooms 3 and 4 each have a queen size bed.
Mo and Anita's provides a large master suite located in the loft area. The space dwarfs the king size bed within the living area. Full bathroom amenities and a walk-in closet gives you plenty of space for your island nicknacks.
