Adorable beach cottage nestled in the heart of Black Point Beach, a private beach club community. Our cottage is on a quiet cul-de-sac. We have two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, another with two twin beds, and a pullout queen sized couch in the living room.
Easy living with dishwasher, washer, and dryer. During the day enjoy the child-friendly beach steps from your front door with swimming, fishing, crabbing, and boating. Stroll to the local tennis courts, small market (seasonal), clubhouse with kid's club (seasonal), and children's playground. Take a quick drive for shopping, antiquing, dining, movie theatre, and children's museum in downtown Nianic.
Or a 15 minute drive will have you at the world famous Mohegan Sun Casino for gambling, concerts, shopping, and dining. Historic Mystic is a half hour away. In the evening use the gas grill in the spacious yard, take a bike ride through beautiful Old Black Point, then relax in front of the fireplace. A perfect ending to your day.
Beach community within driving distance of Mohegan Sun Casino, historic Mystic, Ct. Short ferry rides to Block Island, RI, Long Island, NY. Two hour drive to New York City.
