Our beautiful 4 year old custom cottage sits just one row back from the beachfront and has unobstructed view of exceptional long sandy beach and red sandstone cliffs. Our small group of cottages shares access to this beach via private stairway. Our sandy beach is walkable for several km. and is wonderful for swimming and beachcombing. The water is reputedly the warmest north of South Carolina.
Enjoy sitting on the huge deck and watching fishing boats, sunsets and panoramic views of one of the most sought-after areas in PEI. (our location has several times been featured on PEI maps and tourism ads. Nearby, you will find championship golf courses (and a par 3 for the kids), miles of biking trails, deep-sea fishing, 2 Anne of Green Gables museums, lobster suppers, ceilidhs (east coast music), theatre, antiques and many festivals.
In mint condition, this cottage has been lovingly nurtured by its owners and has never been rented until now. Vaulted hemlock ceilings, maple floors and panoramic windows make for a warm and inspiring living space. The lovely oversized second floor master suite boasts its own balcony and has a queen sized bed.
Two bedrooms on the main floor can be closed off from the rest of the cottage with a privacy door. One room has twin beds and the other a queen. A full kitchen is a gourmet's delight and the full laundry with door to the outside is well-designed.
As owners, we are extremely proud of our cottage and are looking forward to others loving it too and sharing in the unique experience of staying in our beautiful area in PEI.
