Our beautiful custom cottage sits just one row back from the beachfront and has unobstructed view of exceptional long sandy beach and red sandstone cliffs. Our small group of cottages shares access to this beach via private stairway. Our sandy beach is walkable for several km. and is wonderful for swimming and beachcombing. The water is reputedly the warmest north of South Carolina.
Enjoy sitting on the huge deck and watching fishing boats, sunsets and panoramic views of one of the most sought-after areas in PEI. (our location has several times been featured on PEI maps and tourism ads. Nearby, you will find championship golf courses (and a par 3 for the kids), miles of biking trails, deep-sea fishing, 2 Anne of Green Gables museums, lobster suppers, ceilidhs (east coast music), theatre, antiques and many festivals.
In mint condition, this cottage has been lovingly looked after and is fully managed by its owners. Vaulted hemlock ceilings, maple floors and panoramic windows make for a warm and inspiring living space. The lovely oversized second floor master suite boasts its own balcony and has a queen sized bed.
Two bedrooms on the main floor can be closed off from the rest of the cottage with a privacy door. One room has twin beds and the other a queen. A full kitchen is a gourmet's delight and the full laundry with door to the outside is well-designed.
As owners, we are extremely proud of our cottage and are looking forward to others loving it too and sharing in the unique experience of staying in our beautiful area in PEI.

Our family has stayed at this Sea View cottage multiple times and look forward to visiting again this year; it is by far the nicest cottage we've ever stayed in. The scenery is incredible, and the accommodations are second to none. The cottage is spotless, spacious and very welcoming. We love the wrap-around deck, swing-set, campfire, and vista of the ocean and farmer's fields. The inside, with the use of a full kitchen, three well-appointed bedrooms and two washrooms made this cottage an absolute perfect find for our family. The beach is sandy, large, and private - perfect for a twilight stroll or hours of paddling with children. The cottage is central to many of the sites and attractions we wanted to visit while on the island: Anne of Green Gables museums, Cavendish attractions, deep sea fishing, bike trails, golf courses - you're close to it all. After five years of visiting the island, we wouldn't stay anywhere else!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

This is a very belated review. We stayed in this gorgeous home for one week in the summer of 2009. When I recently realized that nobody has written a review yet, I simply had to change that. We are a family of four and have rented homes in the U.S., Poland, Austria and Italy. This lovely home in Sea View was without a doubt the most beautiful and well appointed of all the properties we have rented. It is beautifully decorated, and the owners have gone well beyond all expectations by leaving such a well equipped kitchen and detailed instructions on everything. The location is breathtaking and we had a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. This was a luxurious home, and we felt so lucky to be there. We would definitely return!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.
