  What a lovely experience we had. May was so beautiful w/ all the flowers blooming, and the spa is so romantic to go at night especially with it being close by. It wasn’t too hot to shopping in town and I loved how we could ride our bikes in town to have margaritas. Really nice to sit out in the evening and look at the sunset. My favorite part about this condo is all the art work hung up in the house. Really inspiring to have such a unique touch. We will be back next year!

  My husband I wanted to getaway from the rat race for a month. We found the perfect place! The Park Palms was everything we wanted. Although we rented in the offseason it was not to hot, not to many people, and close to everything we wanted or needed to do. The condo is decorated with the most fabulous art. They have all the immenities you need from computer, music, and floaties for the pool. They have a pool 50 ft. from the door, just perfect. Even tennis courts and bikes to ride! Every evening the perfect veranda to have a drink, practice your putting, and watch the moon come up. In the morning when you wake up the hummingbirds are waiting to have coffee with you! I would highly recommend this place to stay!

  We have just returned from a month to your condo. We had an absolutely wonderful time, the condo was perfect in every way. We had lots of room for visiting family, everything was so nice and clean. The kitchen was well stocked, lots of linens. The master bed was very comfortable. We loved Park Palms, it was so quiet and beautiful, and the location was perfect for us. The patio is fabulous and the view was great! The owners were great to deal with, so positive in every way. We would highly recommend this property. Thanks to Skip & Brian for a wonderful time, we hope to return!

  We stayed at this property from March 1 to April 15 2010. We were very happy with our experience. The location is ideal. It is close to all amenities. The grounds surrounding the house are beautiful and well maintained. The pools are warm and sparkling. The house is as described. It is neat and clean and nicely appointed. It has all the things you need to cook,clean and do laundry. Skip and Brian were wonderful. They provided all the information we needed to get settled in. They even mail me the clothes I left behind. We thank them for all their help. We would highly recommend this vacation property to any one visiting Palm Desert.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.

  We stayed at this vacation home from October 1-31,2009.We had a wonderful time enjoying all the amenities provided. All appliances are top of the line. The kitchen is well stocked with new dishes and glassware and utensils and top of the line cookware. The entertainment room upstairs has computer access, HD TV and a comfortable sofa and chaise lounge to watch television. There is a second bedroom and complete bathroom upstairs as well. We found small things we needed in the kitchen drawers such as a flashlight and scissors and tape - things one normally would not bring on a vacation. The ensuite bathroom has a hairdryer and many things one needs on a vacation. We enjoyed the fact that beach towels were provided, along with all other new linens. The washer and dryer are conveniently located and are whisper quiet and efficient. We appreciated the free long distance phoning in order to keep in touch with family. Two bicycles are provided to ride and enjoy the neighborhood. There is also a putting green outside the back to practice or enjoy 9 holes of miniature golf. The patio has 4 lovely padded chairs and a table with an umbrella to eat outside or sit and have a drink. There are two padded lounge chairs as well under an umbrella. The trees have many birds coming to the feeders. The grounds are well maintained by staff. The swimming pools are delightfully warm and very close to the condo.The clubhouse by the pool offers entertainment and a place to get to know people. We had a very wonderful time at this well maintained vacation home and appreciated that the owners occasionally kept in touch to see if our needs were being met. The owners are incredibly pleasant people and care for their guests every need. We enjoyed the beautiful original art work that the owners provided. It was a delightful experience for us. We highly recommend this vacation home to anybody who wants to have an enjoyable vacation in a lush and quiet area close to shopping and golfing areas.
