Fully furnished w/ lavish contemporary suede sectional*, velvet can't-get-out-of-chair & ottoman*, full kitchen w/ stainless appliances/baking ware/cooking ware, custom counter tops, custom cabinets, high end kitchen utensils, small table w/ 1 chair, custom tile, 36" flat TV/DVD/cable, internet, beach towels, no carpets, no musty smells or dust, utility room w/ W/D, solar water heating, parking for one car. Central to ALL!
You just cannot beat Kai Ikena Drive! Upscale, very friendly neighbors and community, quiet, quick ride to beaches, surf, sunsets galore!! Great location for fast access to Poipu, Kokee, Menehune Ditch, Port Allen, Kauai Veterans Hospital, PMRF, and West side beaches. Fruit trees (avocado, banana, pepper, pineapple, lychee, coconut, lemon, lime, grapefruit, tangerine, papaya, and mango) abundant on the lot. Gardner included. Awesome for someone who wants to retire, surf, travel, live the aloha life! Extremely homey! And no chickens!
STRUCTURE: This is a detached studio (attached to main house only by the roof) by an impeccable Lindel cedar home on the south shore of Kauai.
LOCATION: Kalaheo mountain top w/ FREE mountain breezes. Poipu ocean views (Check the surf with binoculars!) from the lot, but not from the studio. Poipu (ten minutes away). Golf course half block away with $10 fees only, hiking trail surrounds it! Very quiet.
