stay of 1 month will be discounted by 25%. $400 refundable damage deposit to
reserve; total rent and nonrefundable cleaning fee of $150 due 18 days before
occupancy. 10% discount for visitors who have a family member as a patient
in Good Samaritan Hospital or OHSU beginning day 1:
