Seaberry is a beautifully spacious house recently completed to the highest standards.
Located in St Peter, Seaberry is just a short walk down to the beach and The Fish Pot, a well known restaurant serving excellent food at Little Good Harbour Beach. It is a short drive to Speightstown and Port St Charles.
Seaberry benefits from wonderful sea views and cooling breezes. The plunge pool and huge deck make this a perfect place to relax and enjoy the Barbadian climate. The BBQ and outside seating area offer the perfect setting for holiday dining.
The living area is open plan with several double arched doors leading to the large verandahs on both the south and west sides of the property.
The bespoke kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher and large fridge freezer. There is a large utility room with full washing facilities.
All towels and linens are included. Maid service is weekly (extra cleaning can be arranged for a small additional charge).

Why the Owner Chose Colleton
The area around Little Good Harbour known as Shermans is real Barbados and not commercialised. The local fish market at Six Mens just N of Port St Charles always has freshly caught fish available.
The Unique Benefits at this house
Seaberry is within easy driving distance to the beautifull wild North and East Coast, while Speightstown, Holetown and Bridgetown are not far away. Just a short walk down to the beach by the Fish Pot Restaraunt
